Let me start by the parking situation... The parking was a public parking in the next building and we had to walk four flours down to the street and walk half a block to get to the lobby (Hotel paid for parking ). After checking in we realized there were 5 stairs to the elevator! so we had to lift the heavy luggage up and down both when checking in and checking out!!
The room was very small, smelly, the shower didn't have a fan so all the steam was forced out to the room which made the room stink more. The Sheets were clean and the bed was pretty comfy though.
When you are in the room, you definitely hear people next room talking, laughing, etc. (so you can't really sleep)
let's just say we were okay with all of these happening, but when it came time for checking out, we realized that they weren't going to give us the %20 discount which was mentioned while reserving online.
The manager wasn't at the hotel so I had to leave her a voice msg which have never had a return call.
we travel a lot and stay in hotels a lot. So we have a pretty good understanding of what a good hotel looks like... specially with the given rate!!!$$$
we were extremely disappointed and definitely wasted our money and time staying at this hotel.

Basic hotel, has an older vibe but comfortable and very centrally located in downtown. Walls are a little thin, and the noise from the city bleeds pretty well into the rooms but a decent place none the less.

They were extremely accommodating for our situation. Our flight home was cancelled so we had to find a hotel for an extra night. They were reasonably priced and let us check in early (because they had a room available at the time) so we didn't have to figure out what to do with our luggage until 4pm. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed updated. I would definitely stay here again. I really appreciated their great service!

Great location and very friendly staff, very comfortable room. Complimentary wine tasting which was nice! Parking is expensive though, factor that into the price! The like $50-70? (It's been a couple weeks) kind of blindsided me, but it was fine. Would stay again for sure

Stayed one night prior to cruise. Went here because it was relatively cheap compared to other hotels in area. (But they were all insanely overpriced, IMHO.) Anyway, hotel is old and rooms are small. Ok for a night or two. Positives-- location, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, sound proof windows, price. Negatives-- small rooms, only partially renovated with really old toilets, door jambs, etc, ice machines only on every other floor. I might stay again for a night as the price was ok.

Room was clean, but tiny. Updated, but no work station area or microwave. Pillows were extremely firm (not very comfortable). Location is nice, and they are renovating. Guy at the front desk didn't have the greatest customer service skills at check in, almost seemed annoyed that I was there. However, the morning crew seemed pleasant as I checked out. TV channel selections were awesome. Would give it one more try, maybe.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and sufficient. Slept very well (would love to know what type of mattress and pillows they use)! A little funky with the remodel going on and very skinny hall from the room's front door to the bedroom area (probably different for other room types), but nicely put together and attractive. Perfect for our need for a good landing spot.

Rooms are a bit small for price but the location is perfect to reach the wharf, Pike Place Market & the monorail to the Needle. Also close to the light rail if you're going to CenturyLink Field.

Really nice museum. A bit small, but nice. The earthquake exhibit was closed when we arrived, which was a bummer - as that was the sole purpose of our visit. The other exhibits are cool though. I enjoyed the rooftop garden. This museum is nothing special. It is not that big, so you can see the entire place in a few hours. We spent about an hour here and it was enough. I wish the museum was a bit more interactive. I probably would have given more stars if I was able to experience the earthquake exhibit as we'd planned.

Staff is nice but hotel was in the process of being remodeled. No microwave in the room, closet that can probably hold 5 hangers, & the bathroom was the size of a portable potty. Smh But the location & staff were nice & having a restaurant/bar downstairs was a major plus.

Great location for walking around down town Seattle. Room was pretty small but big enough and comfortable. The t.v. was bigger than most. Only complaint is how I could hear everything happening in the halls. I was on the 7th floor and I swear I could hear the resteraunt dishes being washed and stacked every night. But it disnt last very long. I would stay here again for sure.

Was told there was free parking on street by front desk which was true until the morning where I got towed by the city. I understand it was my own fault for not examining street signs properly but if I was recommended to settle for the valet I would have done so as it would have been cheaper than the major fines I had to pay. Arrived late so I understood that room availability was limited but be warned that this means your stuck beside fans outside which are so loud its impossible to sleep. Tried using the hair dryer.....it caught on fire. Hotel was very close to the water which was a major plus side. Getting around from this location was very easy and accessible. You get what you pay for. Visibly restored from it's old glory days.

The worst hotel or I should say motel I ve ever been to. Worst customer service ever, staff is rude, they charge a $100 deposit and keep it for nine days I still didn t get it back yet. Interest free money why not. I d recommend going to the Best Western or Ramada any day.

I love old buildings. Giovanni at the front desk was an amazing concierge and we had a great night out on his recommendations. Great location, walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Would love to stay there again.

Nice hotel in an excellent location, and a neat little cafe downstairs. Nothing fancy here, but the staff are friendly, the rooms are reasonable and the location is just off-center enough to make it affordable but close enough to still be fantastic.

Great staff and clean rooms. It's an older building so the rooms are pretty small, the bathroom can feel especially cramped. But the beds are comfortable and the location is great. Easy access to many great bars and restaurants , on of course the market. There's a pizza spot and a bar and grill attached with access from both the lobby and the street.

This is an old hotel building. In my opinion, the walls are thin - you could hear talking and toilet flushing from other rooms, plus noise from outside. The room was also very small and the restroom was tiny - almost comical. I will not stay here again. The front-desk staff were friendly.

Man, people sure are picky! Here's what I look for when I go to a hotel in order:
A: Cleanliness.
B: Price
C: Location.
D: Comfort.
E: Does everything work properly (bathroom, tv, iron, lights, etc.)

Executive Hotel gets a A rating in all of these categories. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a gym room which I used multiple times. They have an attached bar and grill which is open late with awesome staff. They even have free wine tasting. The price for the location is unbeatable. It's 2 minutes from the light rail that connects directly to the airport.... for 3 bucks! How can you beat that price? I admit if you are driving, the parking might be expensive, but why not take advantage of Seattle's super cheap and efficient public transport? When I stayed there it was super quiet too... I didn't really expect that based on other reviews. Everyone that rates this less than 5 stars has some issues.

Water pressure was bad. But, the staff made up for it. Great accommodations to anything you need. Valley service was nice. Centrally located to everything you want to see while in Seattle. We walked to everything from this hotel.

Great and inexpensive place to stay if you are in Seattle for a conference at the Convention Center. The customer service is great. Friendly. There are nice places to go for breakfast nearby. The picture if of the room with a King sized bed. Would stay there again.

I took away a point for my experience with the staff and the size of the room. Our truck wasn't going to fit in the parking garage and instead of knowing alternate taller garages in the area or being apologetic, the staff said "Your big country truck won't fit in our garage" the room was smaller than the inside of an R.V. I guess when they say boutique.....it means tiny. Not worth the price we paid. The location was great, however.

Friendly helpful staff, clean, and welcoming lobby. There are 2 restaurants in the same building, so very convenient. Room was really simple, doesn't look like the pictures they provided. But still comfortable and clean. Complementary coffee, water and evening wine social. I would stay here again.

The hotel is fairly centrally located in downtown Seattle.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The room itself was a bit small - we did not quite know where to put our bags - but otherwise good.
