Was pleasantly surprised by our spacious rooms. We had a family suite, which included a hallway that opened into two spacious rooms each with their own bathroom and big screen TV. We were on the 8th floor and although our room didn't have a view of anything more than the parking garage next door we were so very close to great views just down the street. Within walking distance to the piers and pikes market. The price of valet parking was great compared to the price of the parking garages around town.

The food in the restaurants is pretty good. Once of the only hotels in downtown that accepts government direct bill rates. Sort of. Easy walking distance to most of seattle downtown and Pikes place.

The good:

The good:
The location is close to pike place market and pioneer square
Staff were really nice

The bad
The paper thin walls and the neighbours that stayed up drinking till midnight
The rooms are pretty dated with minimal space around the bed to walk in
There aren't many cool bars or restaurants around the hotel vicinity.
The loudest toilet flush in the world

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located downtown across from the main library. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but are well furnished. A desk would be a nice addition to the rooms. Overall, a great value for the price.

A nice stay for the amount my company was able to pay for. Rooms tend to be on the smaller side but the staff and amenities make up for it. The location is also nice that it's centrally located in the city and close to all the major spots of interest. I enjoyed the wine reception as well in the afternoon.

They have Ants! Beware. I found this out after staying one night. And kept my deposit for THEIR pest problem! They were nice and switched rooms but it took them almost 3 weeks to refund my deposit just to take most of it? Will never stay here again.

Reception was nice, room has all amenities. Found bathroom very small not convenient to perform bathroom activities comfortably. There is no parking available, provides valet with additional charge on top of room fee.

Generally old and unkempt, with an appearance of being dirty.

We arrived at the hotel around 10pm and there was no one at the reception to greet us, we had to shout to be taken care of.

The shower had no door and the toilet was so close to the sink that it was not possible to sit down. On the side wall of the sink was the button to go down to the bathroom and it was so close that raising and lowering the seat flushed water.

At night we were watching TV with the volume slightly high and an employee came to ask us to lower the volume. So the walls have no insulation!

Room was definitely small. The bathroom has been updated, but long enough ago that the fixtures are showing signs of rust. The shower in my room was beautiful, but non-functional. The combination AC/heater only blew hot air, but the room was cold enough that it was actually a good malfunction (if it could be called that)
The thin walls and windows don't do well with traffic, but the area dies down enough at night that it isn't too bad when you get to sleep.
The staff is very friendly, but overall it really did feel like their tag line "Welcome to 1928"

This place was super great. We arrived early in the morning and they had our room ready by 11am. They had all the info and directions we needed to keep ourselves occupied in the beautiful city.
Four blocks from pike market and many great restaurants all around including two attaches to the hotel so you could stay indoors if you wished. I highly recommend this hotel
To one and all.

I stayed in this hotel last week, and forgot my car key there... I've called them innumerable number of times regarding it, and every time they have the same response - "We're working on shipping it to you, we'll get back to you once we have an update". How long does it take to ship something from a hotel? I even offered to pay for the FedEX Airway Bill, but that doesn't work, because apparently it takes them 4 days to say "Hi, what's up with this key situation" to the person responsible in the lost and found section!!

Solid hotel in the downtown area. I've stayed here twice and it's been nice both times. They were doing some renovations this last time which made the common areas a little less pretty, but I'm sure it'll be nicer once they're done.

Needed a place to stay for a night and was able to get a last minute space here. Worked out well enough, no highs no lows. Friendly staff! Self-Parking garage next door is not affiliated with the hotel.

I had a really good two night stay here. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Close to the light rail and city busses. A really nice fitness center, room safes, and mini fridges. The only parking is the valet parking for $35. Expect a 15 min wait so call the lobby for your car in advance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little cold so they gave us a space heater. On the down side we could hear traffic on the street below and the bathroom was tiny. I have never seen a toilet that small before.

The location is great! Right in the heart of downtown. The room left a lot to be desired. We got an 8th floor (highest floor) room thinking we would get a view, but all we got was a view of the building next to us. There's plenty of tall buildings down here, so if you want a view, pay the extra price to go more towards the bay. The room itself was just a room, nothing really special about it. The bathroom has a super tiny bathtub, the toilet was small, the only counter space you have is a 6 inch beam under the mirror (which most of that is taken up by complementary toiletries and tissues,) but if you're here in Seattle, chances are you're not here for the room! The service was fantastic! Our plane got here around noon and we were able to check in early and they explained everything to us and gave us a really handy map of Seattle. Thanks Executive Hotel Pacific Seattle!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. Close to Waterfront and monorail that takes you to the Space Needle and other attractions. Wine tasting in lobby every night between 5 and 6. Only con I would say is the toilets are very small and hard to sit on and I'm not that big a person.

My mom and dad took me on a little trip up to Seattle and I can say without a doubt, being in this hotel was my favorite part of our trip! Everyone was so friendly, complimentary apples, and so fancy! Dont forget to check out the restaurants downstairs, best food in Seattle!

My team was there to use a conference room and it was very dark! We ordered coffee and water up to the room and it took much longer than expected, for the presentation (coffee in a box from vivito and a cup of sugars and cream). I would think 20 minutes to be reasonable, but 45 felt too long. Staff was all very nice. Will choose another location downtown next time.

Good hotel in a good location. Room and bathroom are a bit small, but tidy. The staff is nice and helpful. Actually, the price is too high, but that's the case in all American cities. I stayed there for three nights and everything was fine. Esp. the central location. Therefore, it can definitely recommend it and give it 4 stars, even if measured by e.g. German standards would be too much.

The room was very small as we had 4 of us. With 2 it might have been better. We arrived early and were told we could check in early and then our keys would not work. We had to walk down 4 floors to the lobby 4 separate times to get a new set of keys, did not work each time. There was only 1 small elevator working for the hotel and it was busy. We were only able to get into our 1 time as a friendly staff member made it work. That was it. We came back and over 8 hours later our keys still did not work and finally moved down one level to another room as the night bell man had to call the "auditor" and take apart the door key assembly. Very frustrating, and will never stay here again. Pros, bathroom although small was decent, and the staff members we dealt with were accommodating.

This hotel is nice but definitely has it's problems. I'll start with staff: they are very nice and helpful. That's a +. The lobby is a weird tri-level configuration. They don't have ramps either. So to get to the elevators you have to either go up or down like 6 stairs to get to the elevator. Kinda weird. That's -. The location is great. Right downtown and walking distance to everything. A +.The rooms are small. Like really small. The only thing smaller is the bathroom. When you sit on the pot the toilet paper is in your knees and the sink is in your shoulder. You are basically sitting under the sink. It's tiny. Definitively a -. Also the gym is kinda silly. They do have cardio equipment but that's it. They have free weights up to 25 pounds. What's the point? That for me, but maybe not for others, is a big deal. That's huge -.

Location was great! I was able to walk and find places to eat easily. The room was a awkwardly small but I only spent one night so I didn't need much. It would have definitely been a stretch if two people had stayed in that room.

We got a great last minute rate for the hotel. Not knowing the area at all, we were delighted to find the hotel centrally located for walks to the Market. Our room was extremely clean. The bathroom had been updated and was very clean. We were delighted by the friendly, efficient and professional staff. We had two small (cranky) kids with us, and the staff was especially patient with our racket upon check in. This hotel was an excellent value, very quiet, and I would definitely stay here again.

I travel from the Midwest to Seattle several times a year. This is the first time I have stayed at thid hotel. The footprint of the room is compact, but clean, current, and comfortable. The price was very competitive. Staff is friendly and attentive.

The room is a little small and dated but the staff shouldn t be penalized for that. The room was clean and the staff always had a smile on there face. Showed up a little early and couldn t find a parking spot. We came in and Tess helped us check in. They upgraded our room to make the trip extra special. Tess went above and beyond to help us out and we greatly appreciate it. She made our stay in Seattle worth it. Will definitely be coming back because of her service! A+++

This hotel looks fine from the lobby but once you get into the hallway to go into the room you realize just how small it's going to be. The rooms are TINY. The bathroom is so small you cannot comfortably sit on the toilet. The sink is just that... a sink. There is no counter top or anything you can put your stuff on to get ready. The tv is small and old. The beds are just ok. If you're staying here for a quick one night visit and don't want to pay much for a room that's fine but don't expect to be comfortable. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything going on around you. The only benefit was we got a Groupon and it came with valet service. Although after being here a couple of days we realized we didn't need a car at all. Downtown is only an uber or quick walk away. The best part besides the location was the staff. They have at least been friendly.

My wife and I have stayed here for three years consecutively now (ECCC.) The staff is really accommodating and they do the best with what they have. The hotel itself for the price leaves much to be desired.

After the remodel the bathrooms are uncomfortably tiny. It's extremely difficult to utilize the toilet and a borderline impossibility to have two individuals in the bathroom simultaneously. We also always wake up with stuffy sinuses too after sleeping.

Vending machine downstairs often gets stuck. The gym offering is simply outclassed by many others. Very thin walls - so luck of the draw with your placement as far as noise level goes.

It is centrally located but I just feel there's others that are in similar locations that are much more worth the price.

It's tough to walk away from the first hotel we called our road home but with so many other more compelling options in town for the same price it's tough to envision us coming back.

The place was in a great area and the staff was amazing and very accommodating. I arrived at the hotel and had no trouble checking in at nearly 2:30 am. The front desk clerk Sterling was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make me feel safe and welcome. They had a lovely social hour from 5-6 where you could enjoy wine and good company. I would gladly stay here again.

Staying at the Excutive Hotel Pacific Seattle was overall a good experience. My husband and I stayed in a regular queen room and we were able to score a deal on Groupon, which included a valet parking voucher. The location of the hotel is in great spot if you are looking to explore downtown Seattle with great shops, resaurants, cafe, and spas nearby. As for the room it was small but it was a pleasant surprise to have remodeled bathroom.Another thing is the walls seem quite thin and you can hear people walking down the hall but it is not something to not stay again. Customer service was great and staff was really friendly. This hotel is what you pay for and if you are looking to spent most of your time enjoying the city without paying an outrageous price to stay over night.

The overnight staff at the front desk was awesome. The lady who handled our check-in was extremely helpful and down to earth. Even though she said she was new to the job, she didn't get flustered when she got caught up; she even used that has a talking point to keep us engaged in conversation. Great job to her!

The room, while on the smaller side, didn't feel like it due to excellent decor with appropriately sized furniture. I would have preferred that the bathroom have a fan, but not having one didn't make my stay any less enjoyable.

The hotel was under remodel while I was there, but apart from the occasional canvas on the walls or in a hallway, I never would have known.
