Only complaint was the noise from the street at night
Came back to our room around midnight after a concert, room was freezing. Turned heat up and went to bed in our coats! My daughter and I woke numerous times because the heat was not working, called front desk multiple times throughout the night, it s now 0430 and still no response. Even left message for maintenance. So cold and can t get anyone to answer the phone. Called straight from the room phone and cell phone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
Nothing is good. The rooms are small and narrow, and the facilities are not fully equipped, so it is an old hotel and you do not really want to stay there again. Also, the surrounding area is not a good place to go out at night, and there is no parking facility.
Horrible!
Screaming by drunken guest (yelling she was going to murder someone), not addressed by staff. Only after request for safety, were we moved to a different cheaper shabby room. Note: we had asked to stay in a quiet part of the hotel beforehand to insure our disabled son could rest. They put us next to the person described above.
Next morning they minimized everything that happened. My car came out of valet parking with middle storage compartment open. It had been ruffled through. There was damage on front bumper and back of vehicle from valet parking. Car is brand new. Hotel refused to accept responsibility. The new manager negated everything we reported. We will need to file a police report. Do not stay here.
Rooms are too small for a hotel and bathroom size is ridiculous. Windows are not sound proof. You can hear traffic even on 8th floor. The location is fantastic, but again, thin walls. You're gonna hear everything outside. Staff is nice. Trying to make up for so many deficiencies in the hotel.
Quick walk from King St train station, lovely staff carried our heavy bags up the stairs! Loved the view over the Seattle public library (room 614). Would stay here again
Not that great for the price we pay. They don't have parking boards and that misleads customers to get in to a different parking and simply waste their money
Room was much nicer then expected. Staff was incrdibly nice, and useful.
Good service, very loud maid clanking drinking glasses
Visited The Lodge for happy hour. Service was great despite it being a table of 20!
The service was very good and very comfortable. It was close to some clubs and restaurants just as it was very comfortable.
Nice downtown hotel. Great location in an older building. Right across the street from the Seattle Public Library. There is a Walgreens one block away.
Great location, rooms a little small but didn't spend much time there so it worked out. Good restaurant down stairs along with a great coffee bar.
Location is perfect... You can everything by foot and the Light link rail stops very close by. Rooms were good.. Not big but if you are on a holiday i recon you do not spend much time in your room.. Shower is good and warm. Staff was ok. Loved the wine hour at the meziane Level... So.. Yes.. If you come to Seattle this is a good option..
Had dinner at the lodge Sports Grill attached to the hotel. Service was very friendly however a bit slow. They were short-staffed it appeared. Food was amazing and worth the wait. All around a positive experience.
Expected the rooms to be small, but A/C barely works, no water pressure, maintenance wasn't helpful, and the bed is fair at best as far as comfort and lacks pillows. The only redeeming qualities are location which is excellent and price & WiFi which were decent. I would pay more to stay elsewhere next time.
Executive Hotel Pacific was pretty good. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and professional.
Great location, good pricing, staff was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
Dirty room and smaller then expected! Our room had black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling I will not be going back here!
Fantastic location. The staff was kind and very helpful. Rooms we're clean and comfy!
It was nice. Room was small but full of old school charm.
While the hotel was just a little bit small and dated the staff more than made up for it. Everybody was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all of my concerns. I asked for help from the lady at the front desk about how to navigate public transport and she went above and beyond in customer service. I stayed back in April and had a fantastic time, cannot recommend highly enough.
Perfect location - close to business centers, public transit and most popular tourist centers. Nice staff. Rooms are not big, but clean and nice.
Great great service. I loved ALL the employees. Kudos great team
Too much noise from the compressor outside my window.
Room we had had no view and was small and needed work done paint and some hardware. Very friendly and helpful staff. You have to pay for parking. Room was clean.
Staff is great, hotel is decent, but wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.
Great location, within walking distance to Pike Place and the international district. Room was not big, but for the price it was sufficient.
Service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Had to use the bathroom and everything went as expected.
I was disappointed in our stay at the Executive Hotel Pacific. The hotel's downtown Seattle location was great; its service was, frankly, bad.
The hotel is within walking distance of many downtown Seattle attractions; however, we ended up getting a good location that sacrificed both customer service and room quality.
Our room had multiple electrical issues, at least two of which were safety concerns (one lamp with a broken socket and exposed wires; another lamp with a shade that had clearly been scorched). The bathroom had just one light fixture; one of the two bulbs was burned out, leaving the room rather dark. We requested not once, but twice that the hotel staff replace the burned out bulb; in our two-night stay, the problem was not fixed.
On check-out, we informed the desk staff about the problem a final time, and the only response was, along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear that. I'll take your valet parking off the bill." Since we didn't have a car to park, that meant we received nothing but lip-service for the Executive Hotel Pacific's poor response to our legitimate problem with our room.
The Executive Hotel Pacific is trying to remodel and realign itself as a more modern, high-class accommodation; so far, it's failing.
If you're looking for a hotel in downtown Seattle, look elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend the Executive Hotel Pacific. They might be worth trying again in several years, but I, personally, wouldn't chance it.
Polite staff, quick service, and competitive price. Clean room, updated bathroom, and comfortable bed. Everything I needed for a quick hotel room during a work trip.
After the symphony, we stopped into the Lodge Sports Grill Downtown. Great service, tasty late night happy hour skillet cookie, and a small weekday crowd. This place has a beautiful, rustic Lodge feel that work be perfect on a rainy day... If not for the 8+ blinding TVs. Still, if you keep your head down, it can be a relaxing spot for a beer.
Great little downtown hotel for an overnight getaway to Seattle. Be prepared for slow elevators especially at check in time. Overall convenient to downtown events and comfortable. Friendly staff!
Great stay. Great service. The desk staff and Bell staff are amazing! Thank you! Def will stay here when in Seattle!
The service was outstanding. The attitude of each staff member was over-the-counter top friendly, quick and helpful. We loved the two connected restaurants and that everything was quick walking distance. Window view of the Bank of America reindeer a bonus! We'll definitely be back!
Way overpriced. Tiny tiny rooms with out dated furniture. Bathroom is the size or smaller than an airplane bathroom. No amenities. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff is pretty friendly (except housekeeping) and the location is great.
Very old hotel, with cute historic charm. The workout room is basically a room they gutted and outfitted with two treadmills, two bikes, a stair machine, and a rack of free weights in front of a large mirror. Though you have access to a full bathroom. The rooms are large and well cleaned.
Great location. Modest sized rooms, but an excellent value.
the rooms are "Harry Potter-room under the stairs" small. There are NO amenities. the price is OUTRAGEOUS for the facility and quality. A motel 8 is better.
Budget friendly hotel for stay. No complimentary breakfast if that is one of your requirement
Clean, great location, basic amenities, smaller bathroom but overall good stay.
Right downtown for a good price. It's an old hotel that's been updated. The rooms are small like the old days. Staff were awesome.
This is a great place. Clean rooms, really close to a lot of places!
Front desk staff was not helpful. Parking and figuring out this hotel was a joke.
The staff wasn't very friendly and not helpful. The bathroom was ring tiniest one I have ever seen. I probably wouldn't stay here unless it was the cheapest one. I like the pizza place at the bottom they were always nice and friendly.
Nice place, decent. Friendly clean what more can you ask for?? 3 stars because they were doing renovations, I'm sure it's a pretty good place once that's done. Would totally stay agin.
Clean and quiet room, great service at the front desk. Coffee shop adjacent to the hotel was a solid perk in the am.
Excellent service (the front desk and doormen were incredibly helpful very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas), but the hotel lacked pretty badly in other areas.
We had a room a few doors down from the elevator, and you could hear the elevator going up and down throughout the entire night. The insulation in the rooms was incredibly poor, you could hear just about everything from your neighboring rooms. The pillows were terrible, hard, and lumpy. The bathroom was tiny with a tempered glass door and a toilet that didn't work very well.
Needless to say, I'm incredibly happy to be sleeping in my own bed tonight.
Pretty good hotel. Clean, nice bar, but asked for a roll away and they never brought one to the room.
The booking was done including breakfast but somehow the staff did not know that. Hotel service was good but restaurant staff was very slow in processing orders. Often confused with the order and deliver something else.
Good location & servive but the hotel definitely needs renovation.
Could use an update, little overdue maintenance on rooms
When I used this hotel, I was stolen my money 200$, while I went outside. When you use here, plz be careful.
Great location. Walking distance to Art Museum, Pike Street Market, Shopping and more. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Small rooms and minimal gym are the drawbacks.
Small rooms. Updated rooms. However clean and great service
Decent value for the money. After reading prior reviews, we knew room would be small and there would be some quirky things considering the building is built in 1928. Bed was comfy and staff was nice. Free wine hour was good too. Room had noisy heater so sleep was not perfect. We would stay again.
The hotel is in a great area, but I am a bit disappointed with the hotel itself. The AC did not work as apparently it was cold enough out that it was in heat mode and this info wasn't sent to guests, so just the fan turns on, but doesn't get cold. Also, the bathroom is really quite horrible in terms of privacy. The door is just a glass one with a magnetic latch and no lock that doesn't work well. Also, the toilet is that used for public restrooms and not hotels, and it's very loud. Pictures attached. My recommendation, call the hotel first and ask questions about what your room will be like.
Nice small hotel in downtown Seattle. Great central location.
Convenient, comfortable bed. Bathroom was kind of small. Friendly staff.
Great location. Rooms are small but very well appointed. Would recommend for a stay if you do not require a lot of space. Rates are very good.
This has been a terrible experience. NEVER book here for a conference!
At check in asked to make sure additional night booked went through and was told it was, But I had to get called out of a meeting to come down and ensure that my PREPAID reservation was still good as they were trying to remove us from he hotel!
They gave my boyfriend such a hard time that he was late getting to the airport.
Upon checkout I asked to make sure we were not double charges, left lots of time for her to check. Front desk said it was all good. This was a lie, since I was charged on my credit card an extra $290!!
Still not resolved yet.
I've worked at hotels, so I understand computer issues, but this is ridiculous. I was lied to multiple times by the staff.
Be warned. Stay somewhere else so you don't get charged twice and miss work!!!!
Small rooms but well equipped. Clean and a good location.
Very pleasant boutique hotel in downtown Seattle, I look forward to my next visit.
The location was great but I didn t like the room because there wasn t even a single chair in the room. Also the carpet quality wasn t good either.
The staff was also very helpful and professional.
Great location, could walk easily to the waterfront. Walking back from the pier wasn't so easy - steep inclines, wouldn't recommend carrying luggage from 3rd Ave or lower. The rooms were small, but cozy for me and my 2 teenage daughters. T.V., wi-fi and keurig worked well for all of us. Beautifully updated bathroom, large shower head was fantastic. Convenience of pizza/gelato and pastries/breakfast/coffee on first floor. Staff was pleasant, accommodating.
Nice rooms for a building thats been there a long time. The guest staff were very nice ans helpful.
great friendly staff..small but very tidy bright and modern
Small room, kinda cramped, a little dated and noisy. The location is good but the rooms were not what were described/portrayed on their website.
Great location in downtown Seattle and and good drinking bar in the hotel.
The rooms are small, but if you appreciate historic hotels, the renovations are something of notice. The staff is excellent and very friendly.
Clean and nice. Just the room was small and wals thin.
Rooms are clean, although on the smaller side. This is an older hotel but has been updated recently. Biggest knock... there isn't a microwave for guests in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel. Two restaurants, no microwaves. Go figure
Really small and old rooms. You can touch two walls by putting your arms out. Everything is very dated, beaten up and yellow. Even the lighting in the room is a soft yellow.
This hotel had a great location!! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. However, the rooms had no microwave or mini fridge, and the walls were very thin making it hard to get a good night sleep. The cleaning staff were kind but even with a Do Not Disturb sign hanging on our door, they continuously knocked and even entered our room while we were sleeping around 8am. This hotel was located near all the main attractions, which made sight seeing easy. If you re coming to Seattle, this hotel is O.K.
Had a really outdated room w/stains on the carpet, there was a very unpleasant smell when we first walked in the room & the toilet seat was broken. Valet parking also seemed overpriced.
Location is decent, close to the light rail (2 blocks away). Small room and tiny bathroom. Older building so the hallways and carpet are dated. AC was adequate. Only 1 elevator working which was a pain. Free Wi-Fi. Meet our needs, which was a weekend to check the Seahawks game.
It did the job. The bathrooms and hotel was clean. I wouldn't go as far as calling it nice though.
The thing that killed me though, their room cleaning service just walked into my room at 7am. Then knocked twice at 7:20. Walked back in at 7:30. Knocked again at 10, and after immediately being told not to come in, and acknowledge it from the hallway, walked in no less than 30 seconds later. It was super annoying. I was still asleep for the 7am barge in.
It was cheap though, and I can't imagine my experience is usual. But annoying it was, so 3 stars.
Staying in here for part of my business trip in Seattle. This hotel is located in a convenient location, easy access from the University Street link light rail station just about 0.2 miles to walk. But need to be aware of the steep slope in between for travelers who carry heavy luggage coz the landscape in here is full of hills. It is also a walking distance to Pike Street Market only takes about 15 mins (0.6 miles). The front desk and staffs are friendly, rooms are cozy and clean, equipments (e.g. heater, hot water) are all working properly. Highly recommended for business trip with tight budget person.
Clean, central and if you are lucky, you can often times find a Groupon deal that would make it more affordable! They have a wine reception every night and also valet.
