I understand that every one is looking for job right now and things are a little busy, however communication is key. I had a virtual interview with Veronica, called a couple of days later to follow up and she's either been "away from her desk" or "on the other line" either way no return call or e-mail. It's crazy because she gave the impression as if she was really willing to help.....smh

They are nice and prompt, but their practices are very questionable. They'll submit your resume without even telling you the company name.
Lauren at Executeam is the best, I relocated to Houston in October 2019 for a temporary assignment at HCTRA after 3 weeks of training and 3 months of probation I am now a official HCTRA employee as of March 2020. ExecuTeam went above and beyond to help me find the right position and I am so grateful! They presented my resume to all of their clients they thought I would be of interest to. They really take the time to get to understand both their clients and their candidates to make the perfect match between employer and employee. And I m speaking for ALL of the staffing consultants at ExecuTeam. The first person I met with was Shannon and immediately upon meeting, she pulled in Lindsey M. because she knew of something on her plate that might be a good fit for me. I then was contacted by Lina Faye because she had a position she really wanted me to interview for! Jessica reached out to me after that regarding yet another position! And then the Anne, the founder herself, was contacting me about possible positions of interest! They were consistently presenting my resume to employers and giving me tips and advice. And obviously, not all of the positions panned out for me, but ExecuTeam even got me some temporary work while I was hunting for the perfect full time position. I actually came into their own office and helped with some administrative duties for a few weeks. The whole team is just incredible and I cannot speak highly enough of the work they do. I felt like I should ve been paying THEM for all they did for me! The final position that Lindsey M. presented my resume for ended up being the right fit. It actually wasn t for a position that I was all that qualified for, but she had gotten to know me well from working around the ExecuTeam office and was truly in my corner when she presented my information to the company. I know for a fact that without Lindsey s representation, I would not be where I am right now. During those weeks I worked in the ExecuTeam office, I got to know the consultants as well as Anne, George, Laura, Cindy, Rita, and Kiersten. From the founder to the president to the recruiting coordinator, etc, the whole team is so nice and more than willing to go out of their way to help. I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!! They take a while before you get an assignments, Then after you get an assignment and the assignment is over they are very slow finding you other work. The client seemed miss informed about what they was supposed to be doing.
I am not impressed with how this staffing agency conducts business. A recruiter called and said they found my resume online and wanted to know if I was still looking for employment. Then she said a recruiter would call me the following week to get registered. I waited a few days and reached out to this staffing agency. I was directed too speak with Lyndsey and left a message. I haven't heard back from this company.
I've tried other agencies with no luck, but Lindsey is an absolute dream to work with! I applied on a Sunday and was offered a full-time direct hire position that Friday. She kept me updated every step of the way. Highly would recommend her to anyone on the job search!
I have used Executeam twice and both times they ve found exactly what I ve been looking for. Lindsey gave me updates, great descriptions of the companies and overall just an amazing person who didn t sugarcoat anything. Luckily, she s found me a place I m very happy to be at and grow in!

Nikki is AWESOME! I sent my resume in on A Tuesday, Nikki called me on Wednesday. I interviewed on Thursday. Monday I received good news that the company wanted to proceed with onboarding. Don't ever work for them they are not a good service. jessica Randolph was my staffing agent and I was placed in a position.I told her on several occasions it wasn't a good fit. They just want too get you in numbers. I called her on many occasions no return phone calls.As long as things are good you get help.If their are any issues they black ball you . They are not for you unless you are getting placed. Ignored phone calls . No positive feedback at all.

My wife had a great experience with Jessica, she was very helpful. However, they normally don't have anything available unless you are looking for nursing or a certified position, which you can find without a staffing place. The reason for 3 stars is because you better make sure you turn all of your documents in on time to be paid. If you are late, you will NOT get paid. Very unethical! Overall, it's okay.
I am so grateful to executeam! My experience with them was so good! I had never gotten a job through a staffing firm, but they found me a professional job where there s growth and I can strive in. After writing a post giving a bad review see DeLa Spears the owner responded trying to act as if she cared. However , what you did not see is her emails justifying her employees actions and brushing off the situation as to why a qualified black applicant is looked over . She stated that if I could give her 10 positions applied for she could provide me an explanation as to why I was not so much as contacted . I was in utter disbelief and feel the whole organization now will try to justify their actions and have a hard time simply apologizing and making right when they are wrong.
Thank you Laura for running an organization like this no one should do business with them it s plenty organizations out there ready to really assist you instead of excuse you.
If I could give them more stars I would! I started with them in 2015 and got my experience, and came back in 2017 with doors open, I always had an assignment in different clinics. Jessica Randolph is a great SR. Staffing consultant, she s great in communicating when I have questions and she s always found an assignment for me to work on. So I left them as I found a job, but I recently left my job in July 2017 and before I left I messaged Jessica to see if she had anything for me and she did, so I was blessed that it s kept me busy until I found another job again. You just have to be a great worker in your field too because that s how you ll get request to come to work at certain clinics, so don t just rely on them to find you a job, represent yourself well and you d be ok and find a job that meets what you re looking for. The staff has always kept in touch, details of assignments on time, you get paid on time. I ve worked for other agencies that aren t as organized or show much compassion like medrelief or deans. So I would know the difference, take my advice.. if others wrote bad reviews then it is obviously something they didn t do well because I ve had the same experience in 2015 and compared to now in 2018, it s always been a great experience. Nothing has changed.
I owe Executeam so much! Lindsey was so great and tried really hard to find me a job and found me the perfect job very quickly! They never charged me or pressured me into anything she genuinely listened to what I was looking for and worked with what I wanted in a job.
I was looking for a job for months until I started with Executeam Staffing. I was working part time at a grocery store and while Lindsey was working on finding me a job she also gave me temp jobs in the job field I was looking to be hired in so I could make extra money on the side. They paid extremely fairly. Lindsey found me a job in 3 weeks and then I started after 2 interviews. I have recommended them to everyone I know looking for a job or just looking for some jobs in the side. They really are amazing.

Their Administrative Recruiter appears to be racist she overlooks qualified black candidates, it is very tasteless of a company ! I was qualified for many positions and even contacted her and never received any responses! She is a racist in her name is Lindsey you would think that a staffing agency would really be there to assist you but that s not the case! After speaking to the president it seems the whole companies goals align as they cannot seem to provide any information as to why qualified candidates are overlooked and the same job repeatedly posted: it seems they decide to make excuses instead of action .
I heavily recommend this group for anyone looking for a job. I was especially lucky to have help from Jennifer Stevenson, who went above and beyond to communicative with me, and help me land an amazing job. This group of people are very professional, helpful, and will take all the steps to ensure that you present yourself in the most qualitative manner that makes employers want to invest in you. A+ job

I thought this was a good company when I first moved here. Nikki was on it with helping people find jobs. After she left this is a bunch of liars. They told me several times they will contact me back I still havent heard nithing. Good paying jobs they give to who they want to. Then they tied me I had to go online and pick my own job apply for it then they will call me. I did that several times still no reply from one. I wouldn't recommend this staffing company to noone else
