This company is professionally run and they have been handling our bills efficiently. Also of note is the fact that they take time to make every detail clear to us which to me is vital as it helps to erase any fear of over billing.

Rubbish after sales service. 8 emails and 3 telephone calls to solve an incorrect price problem. Still no action 12 months later. Find another energy switch service. Exchange Utility is useless. I warned them that I would send this complaint, They just dont care!

I asked E.U. to phone me back at 9am which they did very promptly. The lady confirmed with me that she was working alongside my electricity company and required my supply number before she could give me alternative estimates/quotes for other companies. I refused to give this info as in my mind if she is working alongside a company they should already have it. Was then told that she couldn't help me without the number and the call was disconnected.
NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES LATER she called me again saying that she had obtained my supply number and could now give me the new information!!!!! Gobsmacked is the only word I can think of without being rude. If I could give no stars I would.

This company make money by adding to your rates on your bills. Suppliers pay them a fortune for doing it, as a kickback for winning them business. Google 'dodgy energy broker uk' and you will steer clear! Use their prices if you must then go direct and get it cheaper. 5 star reviews are from employees - Lexxy Sturgess, Blaine Chippendale, Sam Birchall, Aaron Price - all work there. Don't believe me? Ring up! Or go on their facebook or linkedin. Lying company and staff, wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them in the face.

I guess I was wrong to have taken a hasty conclusion when in actual sense I didn't really understand everything initially. I'm happy with the way my complaint was looked into with immediate effect and every detail explained to me at the office. Kudos to the responsive staff and their patience as well. I think I'm in with them for the long haul.

My relationship with Exchange utility company has been a rosy one so far. They've been handling my utility bills efficiently while I focus my attention and energy on other projects. Personally, I think it's a smart way of having someone else handle one's "dirty work" for a token. I'm impressed.

I have been saved a lot of time and work looking for a new utility contract for my church. I have given 5 stars for the customer service and the ease of changing to new companies for gas & electric. This company was easy to contact and they kept me informed all through the process. My slightly complicated utilities supply was sorted out quickly. As the new contracts have not started yet I cannot really say if I made the right decision to take their advice.

I have been using Exchange Utility for 4 years and they have continued in providing an excellent service. Helpful and efficient, we have saved a considerable amount on our utilities! Most recently, Paul Hanson was such a help.

I've been harassed today about our churches Eon plan being up for renewal next month when in fact we only renewed with British Gas through Exchange Utility last month. I'm still awaiting the paperwork for that! Online British Gas account seems ok though.
Exchange Utility on't seem to know what they're doing and make you doubt what plan you actually have!
I won't be using them again to "organise' anything even if they claim to be cheaper they are not worth the hassle.

Special mention to Tori who was brilliant from the moment I got I touch. She was incredibly helpful without pestering and seemed genuinely interested in my needs. Exchange made it very easy to get a better energy contract.

"You told me you were from Eon."
"Well... we're working for Eon."
"So how did you get the information that we have a gas account with them up for renewal?"
"Er..."

Not only liars, but useless. If you're going to harass companies, try getting the information right. Pathetic.

Very disappointed in service received by the Excha...

Very disappointed in service received by the Exchange utility team and Lindsay Keggin. Over two weeks for prices, excuse after excuse, given verbal prices but not sent through in black and white as requested. Called several times was told they would be sent in "two minutes" as of yet I am still waiting (forty minutes have passed so far)

It is frustrating as you give the information over in good faith for it not to be followed through on. Rather ,lied too, stalled on and are left chasing people from pillar to post.

I was told at 2:30pm I would need to move on prices before 4pm. I put my day on hold to do this only to be let down badly with no communication from Exchange Utility. I again had to chase Exchange utility for an explanation. I found every dealing with the team disingenuous, vague and uncertain. I was continually on hold while simple requests were checked, even the case when speaking with the Manager Sarah Doyle who then had to check with her manager.

Very poor.

This is a barely legal scam. They pretend to be your current supplier to get you to sign up for a contract through them.

DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I first heard about Exchange Utility through an acquittance who explained the convenience and cost savings made through utilizing their services. I was sceptical at first, but decided to see for myself. Now, several months down the line, I have to say, he was right after all. The fact that I no longer have to deal with business energy suppliers is a huge benefit in itself, not to mention the money I ve saved.

Not only has Paul helped us obtain good value contracts for gas and electric but he provided a lot of support with complex meter and billing queries which has been very valuable to us. someone from this company called me more than once fishing for information about our utility provider. He put up a pretence of offering assistance when really it was just a spammy sales call, and NOT WELCOME

Contracting Exchange Utility to handle our utility department was indeed a smart decision we took. Also, aside the fact that we now spend less on our bills expenditure, we now have professionals taking care of our utility payments at no extra cost, rather we still make marginal savings on top. It's a smart idea and a win-win for everyone.

I have used the services of Exchange Utility on a number of occasions for different companies. Their team has always provided me with a better outcome than i had managed to find myself.
In my latest dealings with them Charlotte Walmsley was particularly helpful.

I've never used an energy consultancy before but decided to give these guys a go to see what the price difference was against going direct. I was pleasantly surprised - a big saving made and the customer service is head and shoulders above suppliers I have dealt with. Thanks, I would recommend.
