Exceptional villas have been extremely helpful in booking our recent holiday to Barbados. From recommending the villa - which turned out to be a wonderful place for our family - to chasing a late taxi to the airport for us , Julie has been an invaluable help to us. She liaised with the villa staff for us and relayed our many dietary requests and also booked hire cars and restaurants. It really is an all inclusive service and we would (and already have!) recommended them to friends. Indeed we hope to book again next year.

I have just returned from a vacation in Barbados in 1 Smugglers Cove on Paynes Bay. Exceptional Villas organised every detail to perfection. I dealt with Yvonne and Julie and they were both fabulous. We will be returning.

We had the most amazing holiday in Barbados, everything was spot on. From the inital contact with Paul when trying to find what was available, to Julie who did a great job of reminding me at appropriate times to do everything I had to do prior to the trip. She made sure everything we asked to be arranged was done, and responded to all my email questions quickly.

The villa really was an "Exceptional Villa" - as were the housekeepers- so roomy and comfortable. We were given some of the best tables at all the restaurants we asked Julie to book. The car hire procedure was easy, and the catamaran cruise went without a hitch. The catamaran trip in particular was fabulous, and the crew on Seaduced were brilliant. Highly recommended and we will definitely do this one again!

We will definitely be in touch next time we want a villa holiday!

We had an amazing stay in St.Lucia at Brise de Mer, all arranged through Exceptional Villas. Throughout the planning, Paul and Sinead were great, always quick to respond to our many questions. They succeeded in finding us the perfect villa! Brise de Mer was our home for a week in February and both the villa and staff exceeded our expectations. Our housekeeper/cook, Lucy, took very good care of us!! Illtyd, the villa manager was always available for anything we needed, from restaurant reservations to recommendations and arrangement for outings. We would highly recommend Exceptional Villas and Brise de Mer!

Our experience at Noble House exceeded our expectations- which were already very high. We had great service from staff who were strangers when we arrived, but like family when we left. The accommodations, staff, service, and food were second to none. We will be returning!

First, thank you for the wonderful memento of the photo canvas from our trip. I remember that evening well and we had a blast.

Also wanted to applaud you for another spectacular Exceptional Villas vacation. Paul, our Villa in Tuscany was wonderful, and as you well know, satisfying the needs and tastes of 4 individual travelling companions is never easy and can be daunting. Nonetheless, you were like an unflappable maestro and immensely successful, as we had a fabulous and memorable time together. The Villa owner Pietro could not be nicer, more accommodating/welcoming and charming and our the Villa cook/house keeper/laundress was 5 star. She was an incredibly delightful sweet soul and beyond accommodating and OMG - her homemade hand made pasta (including Lasagna and Fettucini Bolognese), Tiramisu and other treats were some of the best we've tasted.

Elaine, what can I say. Your arrangements of all the logistical, touring and food plans was done with grace, elegance and aplomb. Was virtually flawless. Our side trip to Como at the end of the trip was also great and thank you for the help there as well!

Makana Villa in Jamaica was over the top for our annual family vacation, the Makana Villa had everything we needed and the house was supplied with everything our large family could need. But what made this trip so special was the staff at Makana!!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty to make our family feel special...from having coffee/tea and muffins at 7am to a fantastic dinner seaside at night, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Special thanks to Devon, Kevin and Patrick for the unbelievable service they offered our family.

This trip wouldn't have been possible without the help of Exceptional Villas, Noreen was so easy to work with and had knowledge of Jamaica that made our trip so easy and organized. Our ages ranged from 1 year old to 65 and everyone had the best vacation.

Exceptional Villas lives up to its name. It offers you with warm and exceptional service. Very punctual in response to emails. The staff readily answers all queries and questions politely. The entire team for this company are great and wonderful people and I appreciate all their kindness and enjoy staying at their villas.

From my first inquiry and throughout the booking and planning process, they have been attentive and extremely responsive to all my questions. They provided videos of the villa and its surroundings so we could actually view where we would be staying. The restaurant and activity suggestions were appreciated, too. We are just finishing our third trip booked through Exceptional Villas. Noreen does an amazing job of helping to select islands and properties. She had everything arranged for us ahead of time - groceries, boat charters, transfers, dining reservations and so forth. She was very attentive throughout the entire process.

I was initially a bit hesitant to use Exceptional Villas given that it is a foreign company, but the only difference you ll see is that you will need to do an international wire transfer to pay for the home.

We will definitely continue to use Exceptional Villas for future trips!

The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. The yoga instructor, massage therapists and chef that Exceptional Villas recommended were great. Our group especially loved the recommendation to go out on the Midnight Express speed boat and our captain Roddick was amazing! This vacation was absolutely delightful and our little friend group will be sure to use them again. Thanks for everything!
