First, thank you for the wonderful memento of the photo canvas from our trip. I remember that evening well and we had a blast.

Also wanted to applaud you for another spectacular Exceptional Villas vacation. Paul, our Villa in Tuscany was wonderful, and as you well know, satisfying the needs and tastes of 4 individual travelling companions is never easy and can be daunting. Nonetheless, you were like an unflappable maestro and immensely successful, as we had a fabulous and memorable time together. The Villa owner Pietro could not be nicer, more accommodating/welcoming and charming and our the Villa cook/house keeper/laundress was 5 star. She was an incredibly delightful sweet soul and beyond accommodating and OMG - her homemade hand made pasta (including Lasagna and Fettucini Bolognese), Tiramisu and other treats were some of the best we've tasted.

Elaine, what can I say. Your arrangements of all the logistical, touring and food plans was done with grace, elegance and aplomb. Was virtually flawless. Our side trip to Como at the end of the trip was also great and thank you for the help there as well!
