I met with their staff member, Daniel F. at my home a few months ago. We were in the market to replace our home windows. Upon arrival they performed a thorough inspection of my home windows and recorded all of the measurements. Next we sat down and discussed all of our options. Prior to their visit I had been researching window replacement for two years. I knew that I had wanted the PGT vinyl double pane impact rated windows and doors. Daniel had brought samples for us to review. They were very accommodating to our family and we financed through YGrene with them. During installation the crew was very respectful of our property and used drop cloths everywhere. We had some minor manufacturing created issues with a window. Assured Contacting had the issues resolved for us. I will use this company in the future.
With our new vinyl impact rated double glass windows & doors we have noticed a significant decrease in temperatures in the home. Nearly a 30 degree drop in temperature transferred to the interior of one rooms window! Major improvement!

Contracted to install six windows and a slider. Job was quoted at four days install. Project took three months, several attempts at drywall and finish work. Dust everywhere numerous times.
A year after job was complete, I couldn't sell the condo until I received the letter of final payment that was never filed with the county. Horrible terrible experience.

Professionalism, excellent products and unbeatable prices. We have requested many other quotes from different companies but with them we have had the windows we wanted at the best price we can get! Also the installation was impeccable, they have respected the scheduled times even a week in advance and the work has been done in a perfect way including details. To the delight of my wife our apartment at the end of the work has left it perfectly clean. If you have to replace the windows with the impact ones they are the top!

We spent $25K on a beautiful tile roof that Assured Contracting did. At 1st they were great told be everything that I wanted to hear and we signed the contract. Work took over a month than planned, permits were issued as they continue to fail them, project manager was not on top of anything, Roofer s left tar marks on my stamped concrete driveway that are still present, but the work finally got done after I got the owner involved and I threatened to sue.

My Roof is gorgeous, but after 10 months the facia, soffits, are rotting under the gutters they installed and they will not return my calls, correct the issue. Very POOR SERVICE & COMPANY!!!!!

These 5 star reviews of Assured Contracting are FAKE and FRAUDULENT. Rarely any business gets perfect reviews across the board and after dealing with them on several occasions, I'm convinced that employees have either written these reviews or they've asked friends to do so on their behalf. This company is negligent and they have dropped the ball countless times on my re-roof. The main sale person, Daniel Foox, a nice enough guy, but he's the typical over promising, low delivering type. Their workmanship is below average at best. There were several mistakes made mainly the wrong size of fascia wood from the existing wood. Another mistake caused my patio overhang to literally cave in after heavy rain. Whenever there's an issue with the work, you have to call several times to get anyone to come out. Be very WARY with these guys. Better yet, save yourself the trouble and use another reputable company, even if it costs more, you'll save yourself headaches, hassles and money in the long run

I had roof replaced 3 years ago. Our 1st leak was march 2020 and i had to pay 1200 despite the 10 year warranty I was promised. I now have 2 more leaks and i have been calling for 2 weeks to get an appointment for someone to come out. My appointment was today an no one showed up. They didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule. I tried to call and was put to a voicemail that has a full mailbox. Do not use this company if you value your home and the things inside of it!

Strongly would not recommend their services to anyone.

They did not pass several inspections from the city hall, which prolonged the completion time for the roof (a whole year). They eventually had to hire an engineer to represent themselves in front of the city hall to get approval.

The roof continued to have complications after having been finished . We had continuous leakage in our living room and garage. In addition to that, it was very hard to get in contact with them. I had to leave several voicemails stating my concerns about the roof leakage.

Overall, I would say it was a nightmare working with this company.

Assured contracting was amazing all the way around. They finished their work today 10/25/19. I had a new roof and hurricane impact doors and windows installed. supplies were delivered on Monday. Work started on Wednesday, and they finished installing the door today. The roofers stayed until 8pm last night(Thursday) and finished the work. 2.5 days and amazing experience. The whole team was superb. Their quotes were on point. The order was placed on 9/13/19, and they made sure the order for the windows were in so I could get the low E upgrade PGT was offering. They quoted me 4-6 weeks total project time. Mark was very clear in advising me there would be little communication while they wait for permits to be approved, and then they were going to swarm in to get everything done. And boy did they. They had a crew who was prompt, courteous, and on time. They were super cool with my dog. They made sure she did not step on any nails or anything. They left my house how they found it.I used the PACE program with Ygrene and Assured, and it was totally worth it.

Great company! I contacted assured to quote installing a vent in the center of our house due to a renovation that was occuring. They came out very quickly (called on Friday, they we on site Tuesday). They gave an extremely competitive quote, but also the estimator/contractor James was very professional, sure of his capabilities and willing to do the work the next day. I was expecting James at 8am the next day, due to another job he did not arrive until an hour later but was professional enough to call at 7:45 and let me know ahead of time. The job went very well and James looked at a couple of areas I was concerned about (it's a 60 year old roof). James presented a couple of options from most economical, to most expensive that would extend the roof life another decade. I decided to hire assured AGAIN! They came out the next week, resealed a flat deck that collected water and the. Coated everything with a silicone sealant. The roof went from a tired terracotta color that worried me to death about possible leaks to a beautiful white roof with an great coating that has been complemented by the neighbors many times this week. As a bonus, the owner Luigi stopped by and through in a 4point and wind mitigation survey for us! Just fantastic, ethical people. You don't find that offten... On a side note, I usually spend weeks researching a $200 cell phone, they had fair honest prices that had me agreeing to work with minimal research time. I'll recommend them to neighbors, and other investors without hesitation.

Excellent company we have entrusted to them for the complete renovation of our restaurant. They have carried out fantastic work with maximum perfection and speed. Prices are among the best on the square. Strongly recommended!

I don't usually write reviews but I have to take my hat off to the great customer service provided. Initially, the work done on my roof was completed to a degree that was below my standards. However, after my concerns were addressed to Abe, one of the partners of the company, he made sure the roof was redone to my liking with no extra charges.

In 2016, we had our roof installed by Assured Contracting. With the recent storm (Eta) we had significant leaking from our first floor ceiling and when we went outside to figure out the issue, we noticed significant cracking where the first floor roof connects with the second floor. We called Assured Contracting on Monday the 9th to request someone to inspect the roof and determine what is causing leaking in our home. We have called every day since the 9th (10 days) and every time we are told "someone will call you to schedule an appointment." However, we have yet to receive a call from anyone indicating even a tentative date to have someone inspect the issue. We are very understanding and recognize that after a storm, a roofing company is probably very busy. However, you should at least be able to put a customer on a schedule and they not be told "we will call you when we are available and that's just how our scheduling works." This is not a professional way to handle a (former) customer. We have several issues derived from the roof issue that cannot be fixed or repaired until we can determine the roof issue and have it corrected. When you have customers who are very understanding, you should not keep saying "that's just how we do things" rather than trying to remedy the concern in a timely and professional manner. We do hope this will be resolved so that we can update this review.

Hello everyone, I searched for a Window Company on line and liked the prices and signed a contract with RAUL MAX BROWN who we give a deposit of $2700.50 he despaired with our money and never performed the work he was hired to do, called the office back and told the lady that we wanna a refund for our deposit, she told me to contact RAUL MAX BROWN, who promised to complete replace of our windows, not payment made and contract signed 1 year ago, stay way from this company THIEF I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE!!!

They are very good! Helped me a lot with my roof, they did everything on time, was a great service.

I really recommend this company of roofs. My wife and I were really satisfied with the service and the great price. We will also rely on them to replace our old glass doors, they have exceptional funding! Thank you guys

Awesome working with this company to get my doors and windows replaced in time for hurricane season in Florida! Moe did an amazing job and he was able to give us an amazing discount compared with other companies. Give them a call and you wont be disappointed!

I should start out by stating I am a bit of a perfectionist and expect high quality products/service when I spend large sums of money. My husband and I purchased an older home which needed new impact windows and doors. We received several quotes and Assured was competitive as far as pricing goes. Our salesman immediately disappeared after securing the sale. Calls and texts went unanswered, but when I did finally hear back there would always be some major problem they were dealing with. Never that they were simply busy- they were always in the midst of a crisis. After the work was "completed", we spent weeks going back and forth with the owner, Mauro. There were countless issues. After spending nearly $30k, the quality was definitely not what we were expecting. It took five or six attempts to correct the job. Eventually we settled on the "finished product" because we realized that was as good as Mauro and his team could do. About eight months later, we had a huge rainstorm. The skylights leaked and left big water spots on our ceiling. After close to a week, we finally got someone out to patch the hole in our roof. Mauro stopped responding to all communications and I had to eventually treat the ceiling for mold and repaint it myself, at my own expense. I would stay away from Assured Contracting and really do your research on the company you go with.

Please show me where we ever said your work was excellent . From the get-go, it was apparent it was going to be a lackluster experience, which it most certainly was.

The roof is not older, it s about five years old. Never was there any water damage until Assured put their hands on the roof.

I can post the text thread between me and the owner. I had to follow up every couple days to get updates. Most of the time I didn t get an answer. I asked that instead of simply painting the damage and calling it a day, he please has someone check out attic to make certain there wasn t any water damage up there. That never happened and my texts never got answered. Would I have rather had someone else come out with paint and correct their mistake? You bet! That simply didn t happen and I took care of it myself.

Instead of making excuses, take ownership of these poor experiences and use them ensure nobody else has to endure your complacency. After reading most of your reviews, and comments defending those poor reviews, it is clear your company cannot admit fault, therefore you aren t learning from these mistakes. It s just the customers fault each time.

This is all intended as a word of warning to anybody looking for a professional contractor.

I quote several roof companies in the area and Assured Contracting was the only one that gave me the best quality roof and best price. I was impressed that take 2 weeks from the signature of the contract to finish or final inspection. The work was done in 3 days and all garbage, nails and debris was picked up and taked away. The professionalism of the staff in the corporate office was outstanding and I recommend their job to 5 friends and all have the same experience like me.

It's very difficult to find a good and honest roofer in Miami Dade or Broward. I highly recommend this team.

I hired assured to do some much needed work on my home. They were able to give me some really good prices compared to the other contractors I looked into. They were relatively prompt in answering any questions that came up while they were doing work on my home. I had a few issues come up which is to be expected but they were able to quickly fix them. Overall, I was extremely happy with the work they were able to do. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great company to work with. We did both our roof and windows with them. Their project manager showed up to the jobsite every day & made sure that everything was done in the right timeframe. Very nice crew & staff. Moe was our sales rep and he did an excellent job at making us feel comfortable, not pressuring us, while explaining how the full process works. I recommend them to everyone!!

We had windows installed and a few months later the caulking is covered in mold. Luigi the owner has claimed that this is not under the warranty and he is not responsible for it. He screamed at me over the phone to go ahead and sue him because its not his responsibility.
Scratched windows were installed in 3 out of 10 out our windows and we were never given the screen for the sliding glass door.
After spending $16,000 on windows you would think that the customer service and follow through would be better than this. I am extremely disappointed.

Good company. The roof of my house has been made so fantastic! All the times for the realization have been respected and have solved the practice left open by another contractor for the release of the permits. This is a serious company. Really recommended!
