I have worked many refrigeration companies for my business needs and Excellence is hands down one of the best in the United States. They have a wide array of different types of refrigerations and freezers to fit any retail business needs. Not to mention the level of customer service and response time is impeccable. I always get a quick turn around when requesting for quotes and the transit time to receive my orders is generally less than one week as they tend to have stock products on both East and West coast. More importantly, Excellence has competitive pricing to other brands out there!

I've had a disappointing experience with Excellence so far. My gelato cabinet arrived about 3 weeks ago with a broken display glass which still hasn't been replaced.
Additionally, they shipped the unit without the gelato racks to hold up the pans, they said it would be a few weeks and I still don't have them.
Our store is set to open in a week. So far, it's costing money by not being able to open due to the product not being in acceptable condition.
Its my hope that Excellence does the right thing and ships these items to me in time for our opening.
