I've had a disappointing experience with Excellence so far. My gelato cabinet arrived about 3 weeks ago with a broken display glass which still hasn't been replaced.
Additionally, they shipped the unit without the gelato racks to hold up the pans, they said it would be a few weeks and I still don't have them.
Our store is set to open in a week. So far, it's costing money by not being able to open due to the product not being in acceptable condition.
Its my hope that Excellence does the right thing and ships these items to me in time for our opening.
