Really poor service (NZI Business Insurance). Everytime we ring, it takes far too long to even find our business policy - today, it took 25 minutes (on hold, with horrendously loud and awful hold music) -- just to cancel our policy. And over the years, they have sent out many duplicate invoices, all in error. The most pathetic insurance company we've ever dealt with.

Had to deal with these guys as I was hit by one of their customers. I've had to chase them and thier approved repairer up at every single step along the way. Currently it's been a month and my car hasn't even gotten into the shop to get the needed repairs

I've never had a claim, Was given absolute attitude about claiming a cell phone on a 2.6m policy.
They hung up on me, rung straight back to cancel the policy and now can't talk to anyone.

Had the displeasure of dealing with company as my parents were with them for car insurance. Astounded that this company actually exists with their appalling customer service. Afterwards tried to make a complaint and there is no email address! Called the complaints department and was told no one is available. Took my details down and said would get back to me- and no answer!! how can I report a problem about the company when the complaints department won't respond??! I am getting my folks to change insurance companies.
