I really hope people actually read these comments. I have worked for this company for almost a year and still don't know why there isn't a union here. There is a list of things wrong with this company and it starts to the guy running the building. If you work in a place that in a meeting Terrance is just drinking beer after beer you know this company is not professional. There are hiring any random person of the street to work because they can't keep people. The witness are not treated well and needs to either walk out or report the company to InBev.

This company had a high turnover rate. Talked with a few liquor store managers and owners; they all said if they could buy Anheuser-Busch products elsewhere they would. That's unfortunate that this company has a monopoly over that brand in those counties. I wouldn't suggest ta Smith products becauseof how there company treats its customers

The most disrespectful place to work. Don't take a job here unless you like cleaning up other people's messes and getting degraded by the office staff and other members of management. Plus you will get paid mileage, the whole 22 cents worth. Please don't let me even start on the health insurance. Was told that the owner is kind enough to give us 45 bucks a paycheck for a health savings account. Thats just covers him from getting fined at the end of yhe year for not providing health insurance.

I feel bad for anyone that works here. This place needs a union. I have been degraded at this company countless times. Most people in management are spineless leaches that won't man up to there mistakes and then tell people working the accounts that they are terrible at their jobs. It doesnt help that they will talk behind your back and say negative things about your work, then if you confront them they will not man up and tell you.

Don't let mark and Terrance swindle you into working with this company. There is a reason that the warehouse walks out on a norm. The account managers gets treated like complete garbage. I was told this job is 45 hours a week. That was a complete lie. We get consistantly bashed and talked down too. To bad the health insurance doesn't cover mental health because you will go through depression and suicidal thoughts while working her.

Unloaded me with in an hour, friendly people easy to back up, have to drive around the building then docks will be on your left side.

Appt for 0800. Arrived at 0715. One way in one way out for trucks. So go around the building and pull up next to the docks. Check in inside the building to the left and go around to receiving desk. Door right away. Unloaded by 0830. No overnight parking. Truck stop 6 miles away. Restroom inside building. Will bring paperwork out to you when finished.

If you like to be talked down to and degraded this is the job for you. Just be sure not to stand up for yourself because managers snd people in the office can dish it but can't take it. Was told by Terrance that we are family in a meeting, but its funny to see how they all treat the reps out in the field. No wonder they have a high turnover. By the way i really hope the people never need health care because the piddly 45 bucks a check will sure cover medical bills. I garentee if Budweiser actually saw how this place was ran TA Smith would be closed and have to sell. Wish i could put more, but this is already long winded.
