Today was my first day at this office and let me tell you! Best experience! The staff were great and Doctor Modesto was perfect. She was very nice, and made sure I understood everything that I needed to get done! I tell you, I never experienced a better service at a dentist office like I did here.

Wonderful office. Staff are very thorough from scheduling to reminding you of appointments to intake. I've observed them greeting multiple patients by name right at the door. Office is spacious and clean. Intake system is modern and electronic. Dental cleaning felt top notch and dental care and follow up by the dentist was excellent .

I came in for a check up because I wanted to fix some cavities. I was told I have a few big cavities and a root canal.
Root canal procedure was done in August 2018. It was uncomfortable since the doctor kept resting her hand on my lip causing and stretching my mouth so much I had some painful stretch mark in the corner of my moth.
The root canal procedure cost me $1500, which is quite expensive.
Today, on November 23-rd, this treated tooth chipped on one side - after a few months after this procedure
Overall, not quite happy with the experience and outcome, and I think prices are quite a bit high for this quality of service.
Also, in addition, later I went to another dentist, who said I only had a couple of minor cavities. He treated it for half the Excell Dentistry s price.
This was just what I needed after a stressful 3 months. The moment I stepped in the office I was greeted with warm welcome from Alex and Alexa. I could see their smiles even with a mask on. My hygienist was very nice and thorough. Dr Garrido was very polite and calm. The office is clean and the protocols are spectacular. Falls right in place with my OCD.
This is the office for you if you have tons of time to wait and enjoy your dentist making appointments and then having you wait for a very long time, making you late for the rest of your day.
I went in for a cleaning. They ask you how your like your smile. Basically make you feel like you have something wrong with the way you look. My cleaning turned into over 2k of work. They cracked my tooth..had to get root canal. There is seriously something wrong with this place. They do not care about the customer. It's all about billing and making money!! There are plenty of other dentists in area.

I called this place to be seen for an emergency last week but front desk, first off she had very heavy accent. She gave me the wrong address or i mis understood what she told me . I had an enfection on that tooth. Please if you have front people for a business they should work with every body that calls !

The best part of my experience with this dentist was that she was very upfront with me about my costs. She obviously was very familiar with most insurance plans and when I told her what procedure I needed done, repairing a broken permanent retainer, she told me that my insurance doesn't cover that and if I was okay with paying out of pocket for 'x' dollars. I really appreciated that so much, it's rare that dentists/doctors know the exact out of pocket cost and what is covered by my insurance plan.
The Dentist was amazing. Very professional, but warm enough so you didn't feel awkward. Her technique was good, quick, and painless.
Do not ever send me a card for an office visit. I will never go back to that office again.

Dr Garrido has been the best. She was the one who took me when noone could- when I had so much tooth pain, she did my root canal/crown replacement and personally called the oral surgeon for my tooth extraction. When I had questions, she would call in a timely manner. Their office is big and clean. Their staff have been very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to go to a dentist.
