Thanks guys! An honest dealership that isn't afraid to take the time to answer questions. A rarity in auto/rv dealerships. I'll be checking here first the next time I'm in the market.

We were traveling from NH to Colorado. By the time we reached our destination we could no longer open the camper door to our Forest River R22 Grey Wolf Toy Hauler. We called Forest River Manufacturing Co. in Elkhart In. for help. Talked to Ron Levitz about the issue, he conference called with my Husband and Nathan Schwartz at Outpost RV in Middlebury to have our Warranty work done there.
I can't say enough about how well we were treated by all involved.
Outpost had an overnight site for us outside their shop that we stayed in as we arrived past closing time. Next morning 2 young service techs "Eric & Brandon" came out to replace our door with a nice newer style door.
These 2 young gentlemen were quiet, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Nathan you should give these guys a raise lol.
But I must say Nathan Schwartz was by far the best person we had dealt with. While we were there at the Outpost we also looked at possibly upgrading to a larger camper. I know that the Outpost is nearly 900 hundred miles from our home but we would happily make the journey back there to purchase a newer RV from them.

We bought our 2018 Forest River April of 2018. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful.

They stayed late (after closing) and worked with us to get the RV we wanted. Fabulous group of people!

Henry is the best salesman ever! We purchased a 2019 Palomino 550 Backpack Edition. So far, so good!

We need our RV repaired the fan has never worked the thermostat is missed up can someone come to the camp site to fix it under warranty it's a forest river camper we need the mechanic to come to us

I bought a Grey Wolf 20RDSE from them and Henry was great through out the entire purchasing process.

When the unit came in they setup my appointment to come pick it up, I got there way early and they worked around their lunch schedules to go ahead and get me in and back on the road.

I got there while they were still going through and checking to make sure all the systems were working. Brandon in the service department was great to work with and very honest. He went through everything with me and answered all my questions honestly.

Verena that works in the store part of the dealership was very friendly and pleasure to talk to.

I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were set for the 6 hour drive back home.

Great experience picking up our new trailer. The demo and walkthrough was great and very informative. Myron explained everything we needed to know in easy to understand English, and included tips on how to get the most longevity out of the camper. Pricing was wonderful, considering we bought a 2021 model, and everyone who works here was kind and welcoming.

Seriously the best. We have a new model truck that is difficult/unconventional to fit a camper on. They really had to brainstorm to see how the camper could fit. They were able to figure it out and showed us how everything worked. We were really happy with the service and in how they never gave up working with our truck. They are simply the best! Highly recommended.

Bought a 19rr Grey wolf toy hauler 11 months ago over internet with a trade in. Drove from Texas to make the deal. Everything went perfect. Over last 11 months had 3 small warranty issues that were handled quickly and professionally by outpost rv service and warranty departments over the phone from Texas. Amazing experience.

A big thank you to Henry. Best buying experience, we ordered out camper online from The Outpost Rv and Henry communicated with us via email and kept us updated. We scheduled a day for pick up and we were very pleased with the entire process. Everything as expected. Drove 10hrs to pick up our new camper. Brandon the service tech was amazing in his presentation of the ins and outs of our camper and made sure we were set up for a safe return home. Would highly recommend Outpost to anyone looking to buy a new camper. Best price and excellent service.

The food was terrible. I ordered fried chicken and they brought me chicken strips. The waitress said they didn't have any chicken. My wife and our friends ordered the fish dinner. It was very thin and mostly breading. We used to go there quite often but we won't be going back.

We drove over 1,100 miles and 20 hours round trip to purchase our new RV from The Outpost RV. All deals were done through email, which was awesome. The website had numerous photos and a walk-through video which was as good as seeing the unit in person. Upon arriving to the dealership to pick up our new RV, everyone was extremely friendly. Brandon gave us a very thorough walk-through and installed the hitch perfectly. Thanks to Henry and everyone else at The Outpost RV for a wonderful buying experience. All the above is reason enough to purchase from The Outpost RV but also, no other dealer can beat their prices.

Pros:
Great Camper- I absolutely love my Palomino 1500. It's probably my favorite thing that I own.
Great Price- Literally the best prices I've seen across the country.
They are really nice- They even let me camp in their lot on the first night.
Service Department- Their service and warranty department is stellar. Brandon is very knowledgeable and a true asset to their team.

Cons:
Slow Customer Service- No response to email or text so you have to call every time. Most of the time Henry is with other customers and has to call you back. In all fairness, they are really busy here but they will call you back.
Scheduling Unavailability- Pick up scheduling 2 weeks at minimum.

I bought my 2018 Forest River Wolf Pack 23Pack15 toy hauler off the internet with the help of an outstanding salesman Jeremy Frey. Now I live in AZ and I couldn't find anything I wanted near me so, I had them ship it to me. The finance department was awesome as well. My toy hauler arrived without a scratch. Thanks for making everything work out so smooth.

Purchase a Cherokee 294rr we had it delivered to a home which was never cleaned and detail before it was sent out to us. The caulking on the exterior is the worst called Henry and ask for some sort of credit back and still have not. Do not purchase from them

We drove over 9 hours from Pennsylvania to pick up a truck camper and it was well worth the drive! Everyone at the outpost was super friendly and helpful. BIG thanks to Henry, Phaylon, and the guys in the shop for going above and beyond to get us taken care of and showing us everything we needed to know about our new camper. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Can't wait to get out and enjoy the new camper on the beach. Thank you!!

Just got a new EB-1 Truck Camper from Henry at the Outpost. He was great to deal with. Myron in the back did the best check-in ever! I would recommend them for all your Truck Camping needs. Great People and Super prices!

I called with a warranty issue with a radio. Nate listened to the issue and sent me a replacement radio the following day. He also pointed out some warranty extentions I was not aware of with my unit. Great service all around, I have to say they took great care of me.

Traded travel trailer. Had a good experience with the staff. The techs were very good. Got me all leveled & set me up so the trailer battery will charge from the truck while traveling.

Great experience buying a new RV from the Outpost. Really helpful sales staff and being able to deliver it to my driveway, sealed the deal. I would definitely buy from them in the future

Just an add on found a little problem 2 weeks after I picked up camper the outpost went out of there way to make me happy I would buy again from them this is written 2 week after pick up and payment

I needed some parts and accessory items which were in stock at a reasonable price. I'll be back again. Sales person was very friendly and answered all my questions.
I'll consider them for my next upgrade.

I can't image there's a better service staff in the country for Palomino truck campers. It's a 3 hour drive for me each way but I believe it's worth the drive. I'd also guess their pricing and inventory of new truck campers is second to none! Thanks again!

We purchased a 2021 Cherokee Wolf Pack 23PACK15 Toy Hauler this past Thursday from the Outpost RV. We had to schedule a date and time more than a week in advance to sign financing paperwork and to go over the RV since it was just being sent over from the manufacture and there was a death in the family of the sales manager. The young woman who does the financing paperwork was amazing however they don't have anyone after 3pm mon-fri who can complete financing paperwork, and no one on the weekends either, as informed by Jeremy. It makes it extremely difficult for anyone to purchase anything from them, especially in our case where I had to fly my wife and daughters up from our home in Texas to sign the paperwork. We were told that they would go over the RV with us when we scheduled the appointment, something that never happened and was even told to my wife that they are so busy they don't have the time to do that. They were quick to take our money, but not go over the unit with us. We had issues with the new Furrion back up camera installed on the RV. The guys who work in the garage outback were amazing. They tried three different camera units in order to rule out any issues. Come to find out from Furrion 2019 and newer Chevrolets admit an electrical interference that don't allow the wireless camera to talk to the head unit inside of the truck. This was found out after we had left the facility and after 2 hours of us standing around while they swapped out cameras. Yes the price was by far the best out of anyone around, however the service level on the sales side didn't make up for the savings on the RV. I personally wouldn't do business with The Outpost RV unless it was a warranty claim issue.

We drove to Indiana from Texas and had actually intended to purchase a travel trailer from another dealer. However, that dealership did not seem to care that we had come from 1000+ miles away to buy a trailer from them, so the next day we went to Outpost RV. The young salesman jumped up immediately to help us. We told him what he wanted and he took us to look at trailers that precisely met our requirements. We bought it that day. The next day they scheduled our hitch installation and we were out of there that same day. The service was amazing. Our salesman was terrific and we cannot recommend this dealership enough.. Great service. Great prices. This place is the best.

These people really try hard to make you feel comfortable with any purchase you were looking at making. They're not pushy but they're very helpful. There's no extra added pricing or hidden agendas. Unfortunately they could not help us this time around but we will be back after we get our ducks a little more rounded up. It was nice they didn't make us feel stupid when we didn't quite qualify. They were still super nice

Drove all the way from Cincinnati to look at a truck camper because of their price. I am absolutely nothing but awesome things to say about Outpost. They always return phone calls they do what they say when they say they're going to do it. They have even done a few extras along the way . I would absolutely give them first shot and any purchases of campers I intend on making in the future. Top notch outfit

Really fast, friendly and helpfull!!! Their staff even helped us hook up our anti-sway kit. Their prices are excellent! Definately check them out if you are considering a recreational vehicle.

They were very helpful but when we got our RV the outdoor kitchen was not in the right place. When we approached the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated we would have to put this brand new RV on consignment. Please be careful when ordering from them they will call to ask about changes but not clarify correctly. They charged us $800 for a fridge and grill next to the door. They told us it would be in rear of the RV with a sink. Please rectify this!

I drove 1700 miles to buy an RV from them and it was worth it. They were very helpful and knowledgeable without the deceptive practices you at so many RV dealers.

We purchased our truck camper on line from Jeremy Frey who turned out to be the best salesman we have ever dealt with! Very sraighr forward and didn t try to sell us things we didn t need or want. On arrival (7-27-2020)the Outpost staff went into action and were very efficient and welcoming. Myron was excellent with his orientation presentation. He also discovered a small factory flaw and had it taken care of. I would have not noticed, so that s what I call INTEGRITY! Even the paperwork process was quick and pleasant. Any of our future RV purchases will start with the Outpost RV. Ron&Melody

Very nice and friendly people great to get a camper

Went to look at some RVs and I went in knowing the floor plan we wanted. Needless to say, we were far from impressed. Felt like just because it was cold out the salesman did not want to show us any. He was nice but also did not care to make a sale. 20 min later we purchased an RV from another dealer for 1500 less than I was quoted at the Outpost.

Came from Ohio to check out trailer. Place said it was open from 9-1. Arrived and place was closed. Change your website.

Helpful staff with expert knowledge. They have interesting and useful parts that I haven't been able to find elsewhere.
