Wes joyis the sales person to talk to if ur looking for a trailer. I just bought a 7x14cargo from them. I called and talked with him and he even stayed past closing time so i could get their and pick the trailer up. If i ever need another trailer ill be going back.

I was traveling thru the area and my lights plug on the trailer had been touching the pavement and it broke into. I used the Yellow Pages app looking for trailer repair places and i got this company. I called them and told them what i was looking for in service,they gave me their address and i got prompt service,and they were courteous to me. I thanked them for helping me paid the bill and shook hands wishing one another happy holidays out the door i went.
I recommend this establishment you'll get your moneys worth.

Moving my Grandfather from Indiana to Palm Springs CA. I bought a tandem 7x16 enclosed trailer in Indiana, packed it, and we set out. Drove all night and was making good time at around 3:45 A.M. when I started hearing a 'thump thump thump'. Fortunately, it was the very last exit for Springfield. Pulled over, and one of the wheels on the trailer had lost every lug bolt save one. Googled trailer places, they popped up.

Decided to head that way (5+ miles), driving in "limp mode" (10 mph). Sure enough the wheel popped off after another mile. Grabbed it out of the ditch, and holding my breath the entire way, made it to their parking lot on the remaining wheel on the passenger side. (Thankfully no traffic at that early hour!)

Tried to nap while waiting for them to open, finally gave in and called the number for service at 6:45 am. To my shock Garry got back with me within a couple of minutes (to my shock). I explained what happened, and told me to hang tight, they'd get me fixed up.

Garry came in early, and as employees began to arrive for work, he got them right on it. They went through, inspected everything, replaced ALL of the lug bolts and nuts, fixed a brake cable (I didn't know was broken), got a new wheel and tire, and had us all fixed up in mere hours!

While Grandpa and I were waiting, the owner greeted us and asked if we'd had breakfast. We hadn't, so he brought in some Hardees breakfast sandwiches for us!

The bill was very reasonable and more than fair (less than I expected, I even call it a good deal), and they even sold me a new (VERY high quality and much better) adjustable ball mount and lock set for less than I've seen anywhere online (I'd been pricing them).

EVERYONE was professional, kind, worked as a team, friendly, and fun to be around. They all seemed happy and enjoyed what they do. I cannot recommend them enough, and gonna stop back by on the way back to Indiana to have them look it back over when I go through in the Spring.

*Oh, and don't know what's up with the couple of previous negative reviews, but there's no way I believe it. The owner could not be nicer, or more interested in customer service. (the first clue is the reviewers making up names of "employees" that don't exist).*

I've delt with Springfield Trailer in the past on several occasions. On 53 footers to 1 bumper pull and a gooseneck. The people at this place are not only employees, they are a TEAM. On the occasions I was there, I've always been treated like I was the only customer in the building, top notch and professional. Fast and back on the road in no time. The owner has taught his technicians that if it's not good enough for your mother to pull...its not done yet. And it shows in their work!!

Took my 2017 Wabash Van here. Had an air leak & needed a DOT Annual Inspection. Next day the tell me I have 2 bad wheel seals & need brakes. ($669) I pick trailer up June 7, 2019. Drive to Rogers AR for a load. Return this way for fuel at T/A Stratford. One hub they worked on is VERY HOT! Oil level is VERY low. At 3am after a 7 hour wait for T/A shop a Love s tech & I fill the hub with Lucas hub oil and I go to deliver my load. For the next 2.5 weeks I watch the hub CLOSELY. It continues to run warmer than the other 3 hubs. I Return to Springfield Trailer 6/25. They replace the bearing and races that are bad because of their error. They bill me $365. To fix their mistakes... NEVER AGAIN will I do business here.

Purchased a new 32-ft Doolittle Brute Force deckover gooseneck trailer for work; upgraded axles, added winch mount & wiring... Great experience and best pricing around. Sales staff was knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. All in all, a great experience and will return for future business!

Accommodating place, feels tight and scary, but turns out it's pretty good

I'll never come back here. The customer service is horrible. As an owner operator, I very tried them 3 times. I had to bring the tr as iler back to get things REFIXED. They never touched the trailer & had it 7 days.

There not competitive on pricing, heck there the highest in town. Not only is my trailer not fixed, but I'm out on $1600.

One of if not the worst jobs ive ever had. Completely incompetent unprofessional rude people. Wouldnt trust anyone enough here to buy a stick of gum let alone a trailer. They deserve a far worse reveiw than what i can give.

Came here to deliver, they pulled their freight off and in process moved other freight that was in the trailer, when asked to put everything back in order they were very rude and didn't want to do anything back, they wanted me to leave the premises with the rest of the load unsecured, extremely unprofessional!

I've never used the services of Springfield Trailers Inc. so I am unable to provide testimony as to the quality of their business. I can however attest to one of their employees and his conduct on the road.

While traveling West on 60 highway today between Rogersville and Springfield a little after 1pm, a clearly marked Springfield Trailers Inc. car approached me from behind at a high rate of speed. I was in the passing lane, PASSING slower moving traffic and apparently I wasn't moving fast enough for the above mentioned driver.

I noticed him right away and continued at my rate (still passing slower traffic.)He proceeded to begin making rude gestures for me to get over to the slow lane; which I could not do since stated before, I was passing other cars.

When I could, I got over allowing him to pass at which time he flipped me off as he went by. As I watched him quickly accelerate away from me, I had a thought: "I should report him."

To the employee: As a young woman you may not have thought I had the nerve or the witts to catch up with you sir, but in fact I've recorded your license plate number and I have included it below for the world to see. Maybe next time you decide to be a jerk on the road in the company car, you might think twice.

My company uses them as our primary service provider, and as one who sees their work first hand I can honestly tell you I too am impressed by the quickness and quality work they do! Never a bad attitude given or turned away when I pull in with a quick repair, no issues after 4 years of dealing with them. Thumbs up!

They repaired our 16 ft enclosed trailer. Originally they gave me an estimated 5 to 6 weeks to get the parts in, but they searched around found one they could get faster had it done weeks early. Then they were even able to get the job done for less money then they originally quoted. I recommend them highly! Josh Tessmer
