this place is a disaster, manager ( william) is a terrible person. they don't have enough work to keep owners operators busy, they lie to sign you in and you end up making $800 per week stay away from this place.

I have been in a short-timeline shipping situation twice in the last month where I, frantically, needed same day pick up and delivery of a fairly substantial amount of freight. Each time these guys rose to the occasion, even as info and instructions were changing after their truck was on its way. Service was very responsive and top shelf and the cost was surprisingly reasonable for what I was asking of them. In fact, I set up the first trip with the on-call dispatcher on the Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend because I needed a pick up first thing on the very next business day! For my sake, I hope I'm never caught in another circumstance where I would have to use an "emergency run" again but, if the need arises, Eveready would be my first call. Awesome job!

Been dealing with this type of truckers for years and finally have found the one to stay with. Our requests are cumbersome with no notice and Eveready Express shows up every time with no problem and always get the equipment delivered when promised and in perfect condition. At first, it seemed that the company is good, as they have good feedback but they do not want to comply with the conditions required by the customer. Gave up with the freight after 2 hours as I sent the RC on Friday night, realizing that I would not find a recovery truck. The reason for the refusal is that there is no phone number of the contact person who is gonna waiting !!!specifically!!! for their truck on Saturday, even if our company has an after-hours team and I am in touch 24/7.
They can ruin everything at the last moment. Because of this company, the relationship with one of our clients deteriorated.
They are not flexible in providing service at all.
