Fun place to look around. They were fine with me walking puppy around because to hot in vehicle!

We ve purchased both loam for a lawn, and crusher dust for a horse barn from Landscaper s Depot - as well as renting a dump trailer both times. We couldn t be happier with the product, the rental equipment, or the personnel. Smooth transactions each time with helpful personnel. Thank you to all!

I like this place for all your landscaping needs. They have all different stones if you need for walkways to gardens. They also have firewood ,land ornaments, to sod itself! Look here first for anything you need to do to your outside projects, I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

I have been going here for every landscaping project I've had at my home for years. Stone, dirt, mulch, sand and plants. The prices are great and the selection is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Didnt upsell or help with additional products for our project. Also didnt mention closing time was approaching as we needed to make 2 trips with our product. Some stone on display unavailable and no replacement products.

Great customer service. Had stone delivered. They delivered when they said they would be there and dropped exactly where instructions said to put it.

Excellent service, purchased screen loam, sand which was delivered in the same truck saving us money. Also, purchased 74 pieces of Bluestone pattern hardscape and qualified for free delivery !

Not much of a selection and no one around to assist

The store itself is fine for stone and such, however, they rent unsafe equipment !
Safety interlocks bypassed, bald tires, no user manuals or inspection paperwork and faulty brakes.
The part that is most troubling is that when I brought it to their attention their response is not sorry or thank you for bringing this to our attention or how can we make you whole. Nope, their way of fixing the problem is by putting you on there blackballed list.
Maybe it will take someone to get hurt or killed before I they do the right thing.

Kind of disappointing. We hadn't been in a couple years. Areas blocked off. It doesn't look like it's maintained the way it used to be. We were looking for a particular bush. The woman we asked looked perplexed as if we had 2 heads. She asked her coworker who said yeah, we don't have it. Not a suggestion for an alternate or any further information.

Decent prices but the old lady working the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Very knowledgeable and also very helpful. Highly recommend these professionals!

I took down my previous post because I do not want my family to receive any further harassment from the staff at Landscapers Depot. My family has nothing to do with me trying to purchase rock from your establishment a few days ago. I hope that me bringing down my previous post helps you sleep better at night, I know it doesn t make me feel to safe & sound. Just like you don t want my business, I do not want yours. I also do not want my family members to be contacted by your staff, please. I personally should be able to leave a review without my family being contacted and harassed as if my wife wrote my Google Review. I guess I should be thanking Landscapers Depot, that s why I m giving you 5 stars. ( and since you are contacting my wife thats a bit alarming, I don t want to find out the Mafia owns Landscapers Depot and I wind up with cement shoes) The fact that by you not selling me the South Bay Quartzite Flagging, I Saved nearly $1,000.00 a pallet by shopping around. I found the exact same South Bay Quartzite flagging at a local rock yard for 23 cents per pound, as little or as much as I want. Not the price gouged amount at roughly 79 cents per pound and having to be forced to have to buy close to 4,000 pounds, even though you advertise it being sold at $550 per ton. The rep on the phone advised me South Bay Quartzite Flagging comes in large amounts and they break it down to smaller amounts, you pick the pallet they weigh you pay. Nothing about a minimum weight amount on your website, the misleading expensive unchecked before publishing flier, or over my phone call did I receive any information about a minimum weight amount for that specific stone. Just leave us alone please, we want nothing to do with your establishment what so ever and will never be back. #My flier is different

We have been here several times over the last couple of weeks purchasing hardscape material. Everyone we have interacted with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is our new, favorite place for landscaping materials and experienced professionals.

Landscapers Depot had exactly what I was looking for at an ok price versus other companies out there. Their desk help was very friendly and polite and handled my order with a smile. I scheduled a delivery for later that week. The driver that showed up was extremely skillful and very conscientious of my driveway and the wires overhead. I have had a few purchases and deliveries in the past and they have always been a very good experience for me.

Extremely helpful staff that will go out of their way no matter how big or small of a project you are doing. Great layout to see everything in person as well.

I rented a couple machines from them. Great service, delivery was prompt on time and really clean and maintained

We purchased (4) very expensive hanging begonias grown in Canada. Within a month they all got fungus which I treated when I first noticed them. They have all died. I m very experienced gardener & we have been buying our plants here for several years. I tried to get credit to replace them but they said NO!! Not even partial credit!! We will never return!

Customer service was amazing but the prices on their walls were very expensive

Ordered expensive 2-3" riverstone for a project. The stone was littered with debris and aggregate. I was told it was screened. I sent pictures showing and proving the inferior quality I was led to believe I was getting.

When I asked management to explain and remedy the proble. They said the aggregate was to be expected. When asked why they call it 2-3" stone when 1/4 of it was smaller than 1" they had no response.

This is a bad experience and clearly poor management and poor quality at Landscapers Depot.

If you are going to have requirements to have PPE the business should provide them. Drove an hour to come here because of the inventory options. Will never drive back here because of the people.

Unreliable Customer Service

I sent in a request to receive information to have a couple of yards worth of gravel delivered to my home. They were quick to respond and unfortunately when I called back, I did not have my Credit card on me to place the order. I was told during this time that there were 4-5 more openings to deliver tomorrow, which I needed AND that they were experiencing "A non-busy, quiet day" so not to worry.

I called back less than an hour later to put my order in for tomorrow delivery, I was then told that there were zero delivery options for tomorrow? Asking what happened - Kerry responded with that couple of different orders were just put in and they could not promise a delivery by tomorrow? How in less than 45 minutes did it go from a "Non-busy, quiet day" to no longer being able to deliver tomorrow?

Kerry knew I needed the order in for tomorrow. IF the possibility in filling up their delivery schedule could happen, why would you not just tell me that in first place so I could have gotten my Credit Card while on the phone in first place?

Poor customer service in my opinion and a customer lost due to it. Best marketing is word of mouth - cannot promise either that mine will be a positive one when sharing thoughts on Landscapers Depot.

Came in on this nice day to purchase product for a 340' stone wall and landscaping for our new home (maybe 20 trees, shrubs, mulch, everything). Ready to buy. Turned away for not wearing a mask even though I have a medical issue which prevents me from wearing one. Turned away at the gate should get zero stars. The person who turned me away wasn't even wearing a mask herself. Mind boggling.

Worst customer service ever!!! All they do is lie repeatedly about products and delivery times!

I usually don't post reviews but I wanted to give a big shout out to Landscapers Depot. During the stay at home orders things have made it a bit more difficult to get the things I typically need, however their staff has been nothing but kind and helpful over the phone during this difficult time. Great job Landscaper Depot Team!

Every time I go in there it is a pleasurable experience, however today I dealt with Katie and she went above and beyond to help me. She even helped me find the balance of a rebate Visa card I had. She called and went online to figure out what was left on the card. Its hard enough to find competent people now a days. She didn't have to do any of it and she took the extra time, the extra step to help me. It was only a $50.00 transaction but she treated me like it was a $50,000.00 transaction. Highly recommend Landscape Depot....

Selling "dormant plants" which were actually dead, then refusing to replace them? I'll never go back. Seriously.

Great place! A bit of a wait to get orders placed via phone but they have 4 phone lines manned at all times so be patient . They are doing the best they can due to covid 19.

They have a special selection not offered by Lowes or Home Depot. Custom at reasonable prices!!!

Didnt have EVERYTHING we needed but they mostly did.

Working at home Depot I send people for items we don't have. Nice little location it's been our go-to for many home projects.

Never a disappointment, great selection and service.

Found a cool gargoyle set looks great in my garden. The nursery is phenomenal plants are very healthy looking we bought a couple, they have verities I haven't seen elsewhere. The staff is super helpful. They have everything you need to pave anything you want.

There are a lot of products here to enhance your yard and property. They have all types of fill, bark mulch, sand, stones and gravel. The staff is very helpful in providing you ideas and product choices.

Bad total experience with tree purchase here. Was sold dead tree with minimal recourse.
Our family dog died early spring and we wanted to plant a tree in our yard for him. Trees were dormant but we were assured it would thrive in warmth and it was guaranteed if not. Purchased everything more they recommend, special soil, constant watering system and more. Dug a hole in the way advised and planted, watered and cared for same. Tree never budded through spring. Spoke to them about it and they asked us to give it more time.
Gave it another month, nothing. Called back and they said send us a photo. Did that too. Had to call a week later bc never heard back.
Told us we would need to go through the company that makes the watering system we purchased WITH the tree. Contacted THEM ourselves and was told we can only get another tree from the same place. No money back on tree or any of the other stuff purchased. Dug tree up and pulled it into the woods w/ my tractor. Got a tree elsewhere for the dog at that time. Called some time later to use credit and confirm it was current. A woman told me I was all set to come in and use the credit on another tree and all were on sale for half price. Came down the next day and picked out a tree. Was told no credit on file and nothing they could do.
I explained having spoken to someone just the day before but it didn t seem to matter. I protested and she called someone who said I would have to now return the first dead tree. They were closing in an hour so, I then had to rush home and pull the dead tree back out of the woods, get it in my truck by myself and drive it back there before they closed. Only then was I able to redeem the credit and I was charged the full price for the new tree that was on sale for half price to anyone else. Was told that is their policy on credits.

75% of items I ve purchased from here died despite proper watering and fertilizing

We always go to the Depot to find perennials and plants for our koi pond. They have a great selection of healthy plants. The staff if very helpful and great to deal with year after year.

These folks sell high quality products, they have a huge display that you can walk through in the good weather, friendly and helpful staff.
