I own a busy boutique catering company and have been using ERG for my clients for five years and love my service. My rep is divine, their stock keeps getting better and with their affiliation with Chairman Mills, their tent and linen division they literally have everything you need for any event. Highly recommended.

As an event planner, I use ERG for all my events - whether it be just a few coat racks and hangers for coat check for 100 or furniture, plate and glassware and linens for 300, Amanda and the whole ERG team are prompt to reply, timely in delivery and pickup and flexible with any last-minute changes that come up.

Amazing experience. The showroom was beautiful and the customer service was beyond expectations.

Drapery that was supposed to be dropped off and set up was just left in a pile on the floor. I called about 5 minutes after they left (since the pile of drapery was in the middle of the floor meaning we couldn't set up the rest of the room) and was told the same crew would be back later to set it up since they were already at another call & that since the drop-off window was still open it 'wasn't technically late yet.'

When the crew returned to set up, the drapery was all different lengths & obviously stained/dirty. One of the crew also tried to argue with me that we hadn't asked to have it set up & I had to show him on the drop off instructions *that he handed me* that set-up was, in fact, listed.

If you are looking for great products with excellent service, Event Rental Group is where you should go! Their product collection is amazing! You will be able to find anything you need for ANY theme you may have for your event. I highly recommend ERG. My contact there always helps me with anything i need. ERG is the total package. Excellent products with great service!

Careful with these people. We had to give them a credit card number just to get a quote and then when we decided to pursue a different avenue, 2 hours later, after the rep came and looked at our yard, they tried to charge us $1600.00 plus tax. We had to cancel our credit card. A little poorly played on their part. Good luck.

awful awful awful awful. I was parked in a Tim Hortons at John and Yonge and 2 of their drivers blocked me in by leaving their giant truck in a direct fire route while they casually walked in to get a coffee. The whole back end of my car is RUINED because of how they blocked me in. What kind of person just leaves a giant transport style truck in a fire route.. like seriously.. do your job, its a company truck - park properly where your supposed to park. I was unable to move my car for 10-15 minutes and when I did the truck was parked so close to my back end that now I have scrapes and scratches all over. Bullshit bullshit bullshit. Watch out for this companies drivers - clearly they bought their drivers licenses at a local Walmart. Damn fools.

Event.rental is only one company in Ontario is exemplary.for party rental.excelant prices polite experience staff,on time delivery.specially night crews never late air Canada flights can delay but they're always before time they have pick up and deliver system good for wedding,birthdays,proms and all other occasions

I haven't used their rental service but have a bad experience with their logistics team. The delivery team damaged our car. They never said sorry and never offered to compensate for the damage. The lead of logistics team (Jake G) treated me like a person who tried to take some money and take advantage to fix our car. I and my husband were totally humiliated. What we needed from them was their sincere apology. We contacted the service team and operation manager. However, there's no further response or reaction until now. It's been already a year. I would like to warn you who are preparing your special event. You, your family or friends might have awful memories on your special day, which is supposed to be perfect because of logistics team. I and my husband are planning our delayed wedding reception and definitely we will not use this company.

You don t need to worry about a thing when working with this company. We had an outdoor wedding reception, they took care of everything from the Arch Top Tent all the way to the glassware and everything in between. Very reliable, on time and of quality. I dealt with Ennio for our Tent and Victoria for all other rentals. They made our event so much easier. I highly recommend this company for your event.

I hired Event Rental Group for a corporate event and I am very happy with their services. Event Rental Group provided excellent, efficient and friendly service for our backyard wedding! We rented a large canopy, tables, chairs, and linens for our event. Everything came exactly as expected if not better. The timing for set-up and take-down was perfect. Craig and Jessica were both a real pleasure to work with and very responsive to emails and calls.
