Drapery that was supposed to be dropped off and se...

Drapery that was supposed to be dropped off and set up was just left in a pile on the floor. I called about 5 minutes after they left (since the pile of drapery was in the middle of the floor meaning we couldn't set up the rest of the room) and was told the same crew would be back later to set it up since they were already at another call & that since the drop-off window was still open it 'wasn't technically late yet.'

When the crew returned to set up, the drapery was all different lengths & obviously stained/dirty. One of the crew also tried to argue with me that we hadn't asked to have it set up & I had to show him on the drop off instructions *that he handed me* that set-up was, in fact, listed.
