I haven't used their rental service but have a bad experience with their logistics team. The delivery team damaged our car. They never said sorry and never offered to compensate for the damage. The lead of logistics team (Jake G) treated me like a person who tried to take some money and take advantage to fix our car. I and my husband were totally humiliated. What we needed from them was their sincere apology. We contacted the service team and operation manager. However, there's no further response or reaction until now. It's been already a year. I would like to warn you who are preparing your special event. You, your family or friends might have awful memories on your special day, which is supposed to be perfect because of logistics team. I and my husband are planning our delayed wedding reception and definitely we will not use this company.
