My engine light went on... tried everything before...

My engine light went on... tried everything before making an appointment because I knew that including diagnostics the bill will run $100+. This place provided GREAT customer service from the moment I made my appointment. The manager Alex and the rest of the staff members at the service counter were extremely professional.
I went to the wrong place at first, but they still allowed me to come in although I was 20 minutes late. Relieved!
A text message was sent to me from the manager assuring me that I could text him if I had any questions while waiting for my car. Really!
He came back after an hour to let me know that my car was still under warranty and that all (including running diagnostics) was covered. Really!
He proceeded to tell me that my car will be ready in 10 minutes because they are washing it. Really!
All along, Alex was extremely professional, polite and informative.
What a difference from the other VW dealerships around the area.
This will be my go to place to have any work done on my VW from this point forward.
AMAZING Experience! GREAT Customer Service!!
