Eva Realty has managed our property in Washington DC since we purchased it in 2004 and provided good quality over-sight, regular inspections of property condition and needed repairs, and willing to meet with us whenever we are in the city or by electronic means. Monthly reports are sent and any end of year reports we need. Also maintains a communication with renters and any transitions needed.
