A wonderful agent and they have all the supplies of coffee making machines, capsules and coffee beans for the Italian LAVAZZA brand

The Italian quality and standards apply only in Italy.
The pro machine worked only a month and a half. Second confrontation with their service as bad as the first time. Looks like they live in different time warp. They are never on time, they don t call back neither answer the phone. The cooperation stops the moment it s installed. I wish I could return it.

What an amazing service! They deliver coffee not just the same day you order but in few hours! Absolutely love ordering from them!

I wish Google gives us an option rate such companies in Negative scores. Do not buy anything from them if you don't want to waste your time with arguing with their team.

As mister AM said in his review, deal only with the companies who believe customer satisfaction is some thing that should be there and Eurocoffe is definitely not one

The staff at the facility is very polite. They have thorough knowledge of the products. And perfectly extracted espresso / coffee tasters are nothing other than a perfect treat. I would highly recommend coffee enthusiasts to pay them a visit.

The place is really inviting to have your own coffee at home or purchase for business.
I went for visit to check the contract arrangement for shipping to Oman.
Amir, was really accommodating and given all the details needed. In the same his set-up explanation simplify the technical challenges.
The lady in reception (filipino) is attentive and welcoming too, regradless she is busy and occupied, she makes me feel that she is always available to assist.
A lot of models in display with price, so you can easily compare your ideal machine versus your budget.
Varieties of coffee beans are available on display,also the syrup.
Plus points: you are welcome to have a coffee too! (For me, I gonna enjoy next time)

In short....the coffee taste is good, average machine, no customer satisfaction resposibility.

In long....In the showroom the machine is for disply only and you won t have the oportunity to test and see whether you would like it or not, prior to purchase. I bought an esperso machine with a milk frother for the personnal use at home. The coffee machine is average and not anything special. It s slightly less expensive than other brands i.e Nessperso, but with an average appereance. the coffee taste is nice though and that was the most reason i went with this brand. In the showroom i was told that the milk frother tempreture is 68 degC, however when i used it at home it was like semi warm mostly liquid with a little frothed milk at the top. I like my coffee to be hot like everyone else, so i returned the milk frother to them and asked to refaund. The manager called me and said it s not refoundable. I offered to exchange with coffee capsules or somthing else but he did not accept. He said the machine s tempteture is 58 degC and standard. I said nevermind it s 58 or 68...the problem is the milk tempreture is not high enough so that i can enjoy my coffee. I have to put the cup in the microwave and warm it up again. He said the machine is working and i can not do anything for you. I said when i can not enjoy it i don t want it, keep it with you and thanks for doing nothing.

I don t really care about an 80$ machine, but looks like that 80$ is important for them as long as they don t care whether the customer is happy with their product or not!

Recommendation- 1) always deal with companies who appreciate customer satisfaction and their reputation 2) If you ever thinking of buying somthing like these machines, buy it from where they test it infront of you, so you can decide whether you like it or not.

Great place, found all Lavazza products; frother, Lavazza ceramic cups (espresso, cappuccino, and american), Lavazza coffee, etc. And I had a perfect cup of coffee as well.

Everything a coffee lover/addict would need, great coffee (ground, beans and capsules) + all needed tools to prepare your perfect cup of coffee at home.

The location is very good, very easy to reach, but it's hard to find a parking place. I had a very nice experience, the staff is very polite and the products are the highest quality.

Very bad customer service. Poor quality coffee machine, the manager was blaming us for not working the machine. Just think its only one and half month and they wasted lot of our time.

Visited as interview candidate for graphic/web designer nice place cool office, staff and HR was very friendly afcource about Lavazza who don't know the brand of this coffee they supply lavazza coffee with coffee machine.

No stars there is no other option , they are the worse compony I deal with so unprofessional they are ready bad, I am a new business and I been complaining regarding the grinder that I buy they so bad it s 3 months pass they don t send anyone I had to call and cry on the phone that I m losing all my customers but nobody care to call or pass the massage I been stress for pass months or so and nobody wants to help me , now after so long the grinder stop working completely so now they try to come to fix it s been 4 days I m close I lost lots of money lots of customers and it s not good for my business, today it s flag day I m close I asked them to bring extra grinder because maybe they can t fix it in shop they said they can they come they saying they can t so my grinder going back to them after screaming so much on the phone and shouting I lose my voice they said they will bring spare grinder tomorrow morning but I don t have that much hope that they would do such a thing but finger cross .
