Eric literally gave me the laces off his own shoes when mine broke and didn't have a replacement. He was super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend for any gear you need.

I was in desperate need of bushings since mine were shot. Called Ground floor to schedule an appointment. Ben was able to assist me within minutes of the call. He also recommended some New Balance shoes, since I disclosed how I went through 2 pairs of shoes in one month. Highly recommend Groundfloor for any skateboard needs as well as these sweet shoes. So far they are very durable especially around the outer edge of the feet which is important for flip tricks. Big shout out to Ben for helping me in a pinch! My heart goes out to the Groundfloor family for everything you've been through recently

Hands down best skateshop I've ever visited. The most welcoming shop for everyone of all skill levels. They have a diverse selection of decks, trucks, and wheels. A lot of the decks are small production, local companies with great quality. I bought a whole setup for a very fair price and they offer their groundfloor grip tape if you want it. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful as well. They don't make you feel dumb for not knowing something. Forgot to ask his name, but the super chill dude working even gave me some of his old deck brand stickers. Overall I highly recommend them for anyone as they are the best around.
I love supporting local buissnesses and this place has a wide selection of boards at a great price ranging 45 to 55 $ and shop and an adorable dog. Highly recommend!

Have been here a few times with my son. Always very helpful and super knowledgeable. Met Eric, the owner yesterday. Awesome guy. He talked shop with my 13 year old son like they were equals. He was super honest and will tell you what brands he likes best and why. And he knows where all of his products are made and can tell you about the company, etc which I thought was interesting. His two dogs were 'helping' at the shop that day and were super friendly too!

Honestly, I love that rockford still has a skate shop like groundfloor kicking around. Not only does it have great choices of decks, trucks, bearings, wheels and griptape. It supports local artists as well! It does this through selling their designs on decks and grip tape from what I saw in the shop. If you're a skater (old or new) this is the place. Solid selection of decks from pros and upcoming suppliers. They also carry clothing and gear. If they don't have it they may get it for you (just ask Eric and he'll be happy to help). Buy local!
i ve only been here once but it was really nice. the worker was really chill and cool. the only problem is it was a bit confusing to find because you have to go into this room and then down some stairs but once i found it they had everything i needed
Wanted to get a new custom board setup to get back into skating again. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to make good recommendations on trucks and wheels. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need anything else.
