RUN AWAY. On 21/01/2019 I declared two claims (motorcycle road accidents), one occurred on 17/01/2019, the other on 21/01/2019. I was responsible for the first and it only took them a week to tell me that I will not be compensated. As for the second incident, while the other driver involved kept repeating that she was undeniably responsible at the scene of the accident, I still have no answer as to the responsibilities incurred THIRTEEN weeks later. the details of the witnesses to the accident were provided at the end of January but the related testimonials were only sent by the broker to the insurance company one month later, at the end of February. Without news, I have regularly reminded to be informed of the progress of the file, always "pending the return of the company" which never seems to come and refuses to restart regularly when I ask for it. I proceed to a new phone call on the 15/04/2019 which gives rise to an answer by email the following day: the insurance company did not in fact receive the testimony sent end of February and nobody took the trouble to check that the parts have been received. It seems that no one is following the file. On 24/04/2019 I send an email summarizing all these steps and asking for answers as well as a commercial gesture. No answer. I remember the next day which confirms to me however to have received my e-mail (but it is once again to me to fight so that my file is treated). During this call, I am told that the 7 weeks lost waiting for the company to receive the testimony are because "usually when an email is not distributed we receive a notification". I also explained that the costs of security (10 euros per day extras on the quote) remain my responsibility while the bike was initially deposited more than 80 days ago at the garage and that SEVEN WEEKS were lost for lack of followed. Concerning my damaged material (leather / boots / helmet), it is explained to me that it is for me to recontact the expert so that it can examine it and of course, concerning the commercial gesture, one systematically bypasses my question to avoid to answer them. I am still waiting for "a return of the company in the shortest time", meanwhile the bike does not start because after 3 months inactive at the garage, it is flat. Deaf ear as for my questions on this subject too, I imagine that it will remain at my charge, like the subscription of public transport which I have to pay for three months. And I must also resolve to depend on a colleague to go to my workouts but still no mention of this element over the phone. "It is not serious".
