So we move to the payment of fees + first month, 92E by credit card. Every day I received emails telling me that there was no papers in my file, the limit is only a detail. Now EUROASSURANCE does not want to insure me as long as I do not provide a clamping certificate, the flanged gray card is no longer enough. I refuse because this certificate requires an expensive intervention on the bike, knowing that Honda certifies me by phone that the gray card is the proof of clamping. They make me ROTATE IN ROUND, telling me that they negotiate with their superior to make sure anyway. I am contacted the last day where I can cancel to tell me that finally they can not assure me. Why not if you pay me back? Except that EVERYONE WAS WELL KEPT to tell me that to terminate the contract it was necessary to send a letter with AR before 14 days, so it was TOO LATE.
Today I made myself FLY 92E, I found an insurance at the same price in 5min with which I know that I will have no problem.

I have been EuroAssurance insured for 1 year and a half. Excellent experience so far. From the subscription to the events to be processed, customer service is very available (less than 5 min, even on weekends), executes operations in record time (delivery by email of the temporary sticker during the call), courteous and professional. I was repaired 1 time and taking charge of a nearby convenience store was fast and efficient (1 hour after declaration of the breakdown, dropped off at a nearby garage).
Intranet and iOS application perfectible, but functional.

Quite frankly, very very very disappointed by this...

Quite frankly, very very very disappointed by this company! Easy subscription, to cash is quickly done well with CB; on the other hand, the transmission of documents to obtain even the certificate of temporary car insurance is calamitous. Their computer tool accepts "according to their site" the format "pdf" but is unable to process it and automatically rejects "because illegible" (a crazy joke) ... then, on 3 occasions I have phone consultants who explain that for my other documents: license B, gray card, we must take a picture because "they are not legible" in the format "jpg" .... very frankly that wasted time and obviously money, to ensure in the hour his vehicle! Naturally, I canceled, it was the only way out. I do not recommend at all, but then but then but NOT AT ALL !!!

Far from wanting to give defamatory remarks and wanting to tell only the truth I allow myself to make a return on this society!

TO FLEE !!! Do not make sure not at home ... !!!
I will not discuss their lack of respect during telephone conversations, their lack of professionalism in resolving conflicts, their willingness to hide information from their members and their lies in order to benefit their company rather than their member. ... No I would not talk about it ...

I had 2 ominous two wheels with this company over 2 years.
The first disaster, I was away from the scene of the accident.
My 2 wheels were parked in an authorized place and a vehicle hit mine and another, in reverse to take a direction forbidden, with an alcoholic driver, party in hit and run but returned to the scene of the accident for witnesses had seen him and raised his plate.

After observation, testimony of police officer, camera and attestation of the owner of the places of the conformity of my parking ... EURO ASSURANCE imputed me of 50% of wrong !!! Reason: I did not have to be parked there !!

After several steps and 5 requests for contact with a mediator without success (unacceptable elsewhere!), I contacted directly the main insurer who found my situation intolerable and do all the steps the same day to remove the shares of responsibilities and put the truth in place. after long months of new expectations of Euro Insurance ...

About 1 year later, almost the same scenario, a truck hit me in a roundabout changing lanes and gone to hit and run ...
This time I was injured, I took pictures, testimonials, police intervention and firefighters ... and a lot of calm not to attack the driver of the truck to stay in a legal framework.

After filing the report and waited several months Euro insurance told me that''t not find the owner of the truck while I gave the address of the company !!!!!
They told me that if the owner did not respond I would not be fully compensated (franchise of 460 on 600 of repairs!)

I moved to the company and I had the manager on the phone who never had euro insurance contact.

EURO ASSURANCE did not take any measures to keep me informed of the steps that I had to take or that which it had to do !!! I just asked them to do their job, no more !!!

Worse they advise me to make a hit and run and never respond to a report if I had an accident and I will never be bothered by reacting in this way ...

I do not do this cheerfully for revenge but for the sake of restoring truth and denouncing a business that has nothing to do in our lives.

LOW COST INSURANCE = LOW COST SERVICE !!

I canceled all my contracts at home and find a TRUE insurer, 60 more expensive for all contracts, school, home, car and motorcycle.

For only 60 more I could have better contracts with a maximum deductible of 158 more protection and more benefits!

School insurance is replaced by insurance that protects my entire family, my children, my spouse and myself from accidents in everyday life!

And especially the professionalism of a real insurance agency with a present and efficient agent. Know that price should not be the only criterion for choosing insurance.

Following my request for vehicle insurance, where I specified that my current contract was less than a year old, the advisor told me no problem, a lot of phone calls following requests for documents sent repeatedly and lost ... request for immediate payment (it works right away strangely no loss of iban and direct debit) a huge waste of time, annoyances even before being affiliated.
My current insurance confirms to me that the change is not possible and I ask for the reimbursement of what I have paid, and it informs me that I will be debited for the monthly payment when the insurance has lapsed ... .
In short, an incredible lack of professionalism, and no listening to the customer, provided the sale is made.
