I have made a complaint against ETX (trading under Monecor Ltd.) with the FCA and other relevant legal/investigative bodies, as by pure chance I caught their platform prices being approx. 20 points off the actual real time prices showing for Wall Street 100/Dax 30 indexes. This was on at least two occasions and on a third occasion it was again different but by approx 5-6 points and on other occasions I noticed by just 1.5 1-3 points but it s the 20 point difference which shook me. It took them approx. 30mins to 1hour to bring the prices back in line after I notified them so saw it all happening, not sure why but maybe because they did it gradually. As a result of this, I was often stuck in loss making positions when instead I should have been able to either sell my positions at a small profit or break even where I had misjudged the cycle, which I would have wanted to do which by then they no doubt knew. I have requested a recording of their platform since I started trading so I can review all the prices and movements with my records and against a recording of live real time prices of those indexes as I can t imagine this only occurred on the 2-3 times that I by sheer coincidence and chance spotted it whilst setting up another platform on another monitor screen and to my surprise and horror noticed it. I then came to the impression their platform can obviously be manipulated/changed/interfered manually with which I believe is not permitted to happen even the once let alone physically, and I am waiting for an investigation and outcome to my complaint at some point. This companies are illegal in the USA so why are they legal here. If you make a complaint against them everyone n the process is of the same group and support one another, so it all seems like one big massive scam.

There were a few problems with ETX (Monecor Ltd). The main one being when ETX tried to keep my money and refused a fund withdrawal request. I opened a MT4 account with ETX in April 2020 and funded it from a UK bank account. Full ID etc. was provided to open the account. I started trading and noticed their out of hours FTSE100 spread could be literally double that of other brokers out of hours spread. That makes trading with ETX very expensive. Then, by chance, one day I happened to notice their GBPUSD price hadn't changed for a while. On checking my EA I found it had been frozen for over 20 minutes. I immediately called ETX who said they'd look into it but it took another 20 minutes for ETX to rectify their price feed. Their GBPUSD price feed was frozen and they hadn't noticed!!! Despite those setbacks, I made a profit and decided to withdraw my funds. I followed the online instructions and received an email saying ETX wanted a bank statement to verify my account details. I complied and sent a redacted statement which had all the account details visible. ETX ignored that and didn't have the courtesy to contact me. When I didn't get my funds I called to find out why. ETX demanded a full, unredacted bank statement and absolutely REFUSED to return my money unless I complied with their demand. I pointed out that they had my bank details and it was the same bank account I had used to fund my ETX account, just return the money to where it came from. I also pointed out they could verify my account but had no valid reason to see my private banking transactions or my bank balance. When ETX continued to withhold my money and demand a full unredacted bank statement the conversation got heated. Later on, someone else called me back, we had a polite, amicable discussion, ETX dropped the demand for an unredacted statement and authorised the fund withdrawal. It was done but should never have got to that level in the first place. Dealing with ETX was a very unpleasant experience. ETX clearly tried to keep my money. In an email ETX said it was because, and I quote ETX, "you are withdrawing an amount which exceeds your cumulative deposit value". I'm sure that's the truth of it, with ETX you are not expected to win, you are only expected to give them money, it's a one way street to ETX.

Awesome platform the best so easy to use such a fancy website very professional with email follow ups. 10/10 fantastic place to invest.

Goodbye? That's fine until their website was screwed up again and left you with a rectangular box with the words " Creating screen layout" which it never will, whilst your trying to close a loosing trade.

Easy to set up and fund an account. Spreads are huge at times. Customer service absolutely non-existent and for that reason alone I would not recommend. I initially sent an email on the 2nd July from my hotmail account to customerservice@etxcapital.co.uk which was not replied to, so I resent on the 6th which also was not replied to, so I then followed up by 7 emails on the 20th, none of which have been replied to. I can only assume the award for customer service is a wooden spoon?

They Close you out faster than anybody DO not trust the brokers here.. They want to close your position so that you loose! Thats what they are! They will not even put you in debt to maybe cover your position... South African styled.. and not to be trusted! Market breakers.. not makers!

absolute rubbish, lots of hidden charges, difference of around 10pips more than a normal platform, would never recommend anyone, absolute rude customer services, if you talk about to make a compaint, they hang up phone

Massively improved mobile platform and spreads are tighter. Nice platform to use . quit intuitive and easy to move charts, studies etc. Webinars and education are good but some perks like Trading Central access etc are quite hard to find - you have to go looking for some of it.

It is very easy to lose everything you own if you trust various bad companies. This happened to me, but thanks to RefundLTD . com . I got my savings back, now I will be careful
