They will rob you blind, then ignore all contacts and try every sneaky trick in the book to absolve themselves of guilt and responsibility.
I am certain that all the other reviewers are fake or work for this company, as I know for a fact that many other families have been scammed by Estia and their second name Vermillion IKE.
I have never in my life seen such shameless, greedy, disrespectful and completely dishonest behavior.
To clarify, the above statements about Estia's dishonest behavior are completely true. By writing this review I hope future clients will avoid dealing with them in order to save huge amounts of time, money and avoid significant stress. I will not be bullied into removing this review!

Scammers! Arnaqueurs! Be very careful these people WILL scam you. Had a horrible experience with them. Will never get my money back but I can at least tell everyone to avoid this business at all costs. Below see the answer of the owner who claims that my review is false. Let me assure you it is not false. I don't know what "legal action" they are referring to, I explored potential legal action to get my money back from them and found that they had found the perfect way to rig the system. So hey, maybe they'll find a way to sue a google user for making a perfectly valid review.

This is about myvacations.com (part of the Estia group): I had the worst customer support experience as a tenant! While they promise that once you rent the flat, they are responsible for any repair that is not caused by the tenant, it took them 20 days to send over a maintenance person to fix a damage that greatly affected our quality of life and also damaged our property. Their excuse was that they could not get a hold of the Chinese owner, so that he approves of the expense. However, our initial deal was that the owner not being Greek, would not affect us. The communication with the Customer Support was that hard (even though they claim that you can easily contact them via the Happy Tenant app) that we feel fooled! They did not inform us of the progress of our request and it was hard to find them over the phone or email. They definitely fell short of our expectations.
