This is about myvacations.com (part of the Estia group): I had the worst customer support experience as a tenant! While they promise that once you rent the flat, they are responsible for any repair that is not caused by the tenant, it took them 20 days to send over a maintenance person to fix a damage that greatly affected our quality of life and also damaged our property. Their excuse was that they could not get a hold of the Chinese owner, so that he approves of the expense. However, our initial deal was that the owner not being Greek, would not affect us. The communication with the Customer Support was that hard (even though they claim that you can easily contact them via the Happy Tenant app) that we feel fooled! They did not inform us of the progress of our request and it was hard to find them over the phone or email. They definitely fell short of our expectations.

Review on myvacations.com (member of the Estia group): Unacceptable customer service! While promising to fully repair the damage, when the tenant is not responsible, they took 20 days to send a carpenter to repair a serious damage that significantly affects our quality of life and caused damage to our property.
