ESP Personnel Review

I have been here 2 years now, and thoroughly enjoy my job.

I've been with ESP for a few years now. In my time here I've worn a few different hats. I started out working with our exsisting hospital clients, and building relationships with new ones. Then I was thrown into the world of our exsisting working nurses (Rn's, techs, Pn's, etc.. not leaving anyone out ), where I had the pleasure of continuing relationships started with senior placement managers and keeping our working nurses happy and still working. Eventually I made it to senior placement manager, and let me tell you, I LOVE MY JOB! Like genuinely enjoy getting up and going to work every day. We are a weird, querky, little company, and you've got to be a little crazy to work here. And I love that the personalities here, are a big part of who we are. The big boss and drive of the company, who I simply call Sir, is someone I have the utmost respect for. Understanding, fair, efficient, and damn right motivational. Aside from that, I think overall, we have a well oil machine of a team. Especially right now, it seems like things are falling right into place. I have read other reviews from people about the phones and email being problematic, TRUE. But lets be real, in such a fast moving world where technology is constantly changing and improving, how do you not run into these issues? Trial and error, with the right people working together to find the best solutions is what makes a team, and company great. Another review I read mentioned drab brown interior I have 2 things to say about that. 1. You're desk and space is what you make of it. I can tell you that my desk is not brown or depressing at all 2. If you're spending your time looking at the walls, this probably isn't the right job for you. Lastly I want to express what I really love most about my job. I LOVE the people I work with, most importantly my Nurse's & Techs. I love the relationships aspect if it all. I speak to most of my nurses daily, even if its just a text, we're really more like family. I work with one nurse who came from another country and had been working in CA at rehab's and skilled nursing facilities for a couple years. She wanted so badly to work in a real acute care hospital, she had all the right training and certifications, but couldn't find a hospital willing to give her a shot without prior acute care experience. After I spoke to her, I went to our resident RN and cofounder of the company and pleaded our case. She saw what I saw and agreed to give her a chance. 3 weeks later she was accepted for a position at Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital. I can't explain how excited I was to make that call letting her know she just landed her dream job. That's just one of many heart warming and rewrding things that makes me LOVE what I do and my job at ESP. Rant over

PEEE-YUU dis place smell likea dog bowl! They no pay their nurses, only hire the old lady nurses who no can see! Stick needle in patient so many wrong ways, man look likea pincushion LOLOLOLOL. This whole place should be scooped up and stuck in hole somewhere where can no smell it

The sales manager of the nurse recruitment coordinators is a proletarian of the highest order! No class like working dogs on a leash! Hr was great but they cameras hidden microphones and losing contracts lately...karma comes around !!

What a great agency to be a part of!!!! It s my first time traveling and Lorae has been a Godsend and made the transition so easy!! Her undying commitment and kindness towards me as a nurse is truly appreciated. She is a TRUE nurse advocate!! I Highly recommend ESP personnel for the new RN traveler and the seasoned one as well!!

I have been with the company for 4 years now and ESP Personnel has been a great place to work. We come in everyday to find experienced nurses to work in our great facilities across the country. We offer flexible schedules, block booked schedules, housing assistance, relocation assistance, weekly pay with direct deposit, competitive pay, and free CEU's for all of our nurses. We have a great team of employees and it is a pleasure to work with everyone. It has become more of a work family to me. Our VP is always trying to make things fun and competitive for us. Not to mention he has a great sense of humor. ESP gives you the opportunity to make a lot of money if you put your mind to it. Your hard work definitely pays off and it shows in your paychecks.

i Recently had a conversation with one of the placement managers named Leslie, up until now I ve had a bad taste in my mouth from other staffing agencies...that is until I spoke with Leslie. She convinced me to create a profile and we re currently seeking work! I m so excited! Thank you ESP!

I started communicating with Jose Gallego about an assignment that I was excited to start but he consistently flaked out. He'd say he was going to connect me with someone and then nothing. I'd get apologies from him but after a few of those, I moved on to an agency with reliable staff. 15 years of travel experience doesn't matter if there's no reliable communication.

No problems with this agency thus far, they find employment pretty fast.

After 2 months and several calls to Readylink, I have yet to receive any form of payment for a shift cancellation just two hours prior to the start of the shift. I was promised payment of four hours but instead I am being ignored. Save your time and money, they are not reputable!

I have been a traveling nurse for seven years. I have gone through many agencies, I was approached by Leslie B. And can assure you I will not work with anyone else. Leslie has been such an amazing help! She was very patient, and helpful when it came to assisting with my sign up. And I couldn t be happier about the hospital she found for me! 10/10
