Very rude staff and their attorney he made my appointment and once I reached there he told me I don t have appointment. How frustrating this . I will not suggest anyone to go there . I don t know how this place still in the business.
Very arrogant supervising Manager, always interested in free food instead of senior public service. Some 70 plus aged person should be a supervisor here of this center. I wonder how come a organization such as community center can hire people with out #no experience at all and make them work as a case officer and let them spoil someone's case.

My first visit was indo American Center, with do not speak English, and without ABC, I learned what I write now from them. Indo American Center, very friendly, helpful, kindly, workers and teachers,I loved. How many immigrants,from different countries indo American Center, helping? I am to immigrant, and I appreciate what they help me and my family. I appreciate what they do for immigrants. Indo American Center, give us hope and new life in USA, and they teach us all rights and all rules in America. The service they provide at immigration services is very poor. I was there and the way the guy named Abubakr Meah treat clients is not acceptable.

I volunteered here for awhile, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the students and staff! The adult learners are working very hard to increase their skills, the staff are so creative with their limited resources, and the volunteers develop and deliver exciting hands-on lessons to immerse students into the English language. Wonderful job all around!

Feel bad for people going there for help,staff working there has no knowledge of what they are doing and just needs city to pass a budget so they can run a circus fooling people , a staff member doesn t even know where the name and address is on a letter and doesn t bother to ask what is the reason for a person s visit ,I wonder what help they provide for the high service fee they charge,I hope city does not pass any type of budget

worst place to deal with. try to call them and i bet you they will never pick up. I have called three times on 08/03/2016 one three different occasion, each 30 mins hold. Fed up with this helping "society".

One of the most nice and economical way for preparing and submitting immigration documents. Nice people like Mr. Amit Thakur that are supportive and helping are easy to find here. Will suggest to give it a try before you go anywhere else.
