Bad workplace environment with a lot of politics. They're working quite conventionally which includes hiring on low salaries, lot of negotiations with employees, office politics, lack of focus on code/work quality, working on old technologies, etc.

Dont forget to read 100% true review of @Jesse Freitag-Akselrod before joining ESOLPK either as an employee or client. Rightly said that if you want your money wasted hire them & if you want your time wasted join them, my 2 cents.

These guys are crooks. If you want your time wasted and your money taken hire them...otherwise best avoid.
