Although initially I was glad to have found the plane ticket cheaper than the airline, for the check-in of the second flight I lost 3 hours, investigating calling, because there was no reservation to the airline in any form . the conclusion, set another email address, for the second flight, weird. Lost pocket money and a lot of time with phones. I'd even lose 60 pounds for check in at the airport. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I tried to make a reservation online from Munich to Sibiu. After a few attempts and nearly to give up I received a phone call from a lovely customer service Ms Ramona Petcu. First , i could say i was shocked to receive the call. I am living in Australia and the call came from Romania. Anyway, Ms Petcu was very very helpful. She made the reservation very easy plus she offered to help with the hotel reservation too. Ms Ramona Petcu was brilliant. eSky could be happy to have an employee like Ms Petcu.
Overall everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to Ms Petcu for a great service and Ms Milica Necula for replying to an email in less then 5 minutes.
I definitely use eSky again.

SO I HAD TO LEAVE THE PRAGUE AND I WAS VERY AMAZED WHEN THE CALL CENTER REQUESTED THE CHANGE FEE FOR THE BOARDING DATE 74EURO (plus other taxes equal to 100euro) given that the ticket was 100euro.

I bought with esky 2 tickets Bucharest-Madrid, no problem here. After I completed and verified the personal details required for check-in 3 times, I waited to receive the boarding cards by mail. The day before my departure, seeing that I received no mail, I armed with steel patience and tried to call the customer service. It took me about three hours of waiting, with little interruptions, until someone wanted to respond. After the call, I actually received the boarding cards, but what to see, the personal data was reversed, so the tickets were not valid. Of course, no one responded to customer service. I wonder, is this the level of performance of this company so publicized ?! The news imposes high standards so I will never ever appeal to eSky!

It is the first and the last time when I use this service.
I have tried to book a flight from Bucharest to Bruxelles and my experience was terrible.
In the pictures are presented some examples:

1. In the main page the price for the flight was 42 Euro and in the second page it is 338.20 Euro
2. In the main page the price for the flight was 44 Euro and in the second page it is 346.64 Euro

I have called at the call center and they told me that this things are happening and the correct price it is on the second page.

So in this case what I am suppose to believe?

You will make a great joy when not using the services of this company.
In short: very little attention to writing ala the "Terms and Conditions". Because apparently the booking of tickets at lower price will go down the drain when checkin's, which, btw, you are not allowed to do it alone. However, when someone answered me, they told me that nothing could be done anymore, that I received an e-mail with the link and that I have to go to the airport to do my chekin there, which cost me between 20 and 70 euros. and who was likely to be paid by them, based on an invoice after not knowing how long. I bought ticket online from eSky from Yangon Myanmar to Bangkok (order number 11534744) for March 31,2020 Includes a cancellation fee. Day after I purchased because of issues on my next flight from Bangkok asked to cancel my flight. No one respond to my request. Suddenly Night before of flight I got message from eSky This Flight is cancelled by airline.


1 - airline sold me insurance for cancelation of this ticket , there must be no Questions to refund the ticket.
2. This flight was canceled before departure so automatically has to be refund regardless of having insurance.
3- they asked me another $18 charge from my credit card with limited time of 6 hours to process my cancelation .
How awful and disgusting, dishonest and disrespectful can be to ignore the refunding of my ticket .
i will make you sure will not cry for total of this amount BUT I will take every step at any possible cost to expose this matter and your dishonesty to all social media avenues and all and any customer reviews site from A to Z.
