I missed a flight because I was notified by the people at the company that I would receive an email with the link to be able to do the online check-in, but instead of the link, I received the bill with the money paid on the ticket.
However, I went to the airline's website, where I was going to travel, to do my online check-in, but couldn't find my flight.
The unfortunate thing was that I saw that I can't do the cheking somewhere on Saturday night, after 6 pm, when the people from Esky, no longer have an appointment with the public, on the phone, and I had the flight on Sunday around 12:40.
I called on Sunday, at 10 in the morning, when their work schedule begins, to see what was happening and to help someone to solve the problem, but they answered me after about 50 minutes, when no more online check-in could be done, because it could not be done, if they were less than 2 hours before the flight time.
However, when someone answered me, they told me that nothing could be done anymore, that I received an e-mail with the link and that I have to go to the airport to do my chekin there, which cost me between 20 and 70 euros. and who was likely to be paid by them, based on an invoice after not knowing how long. It was the first time I had purchased a plane ticket, but it seems like I was a little unlucky.
The big problem is not that I missed the flight, but their attitude towards how they treat their customers and that you have to wait a long time to talk to someone, and after the discussion, you realize that you waited for 50 minutes in vain. .
