I had to call 2 times to check in, although they said they would do the system automatically I gave them in the first phase emails but no answer.
Edit:
I called again for the check-in of 2 people, I asked to reply to the e-mail which is frustrating every time to ask me for all the details although I paid for these services even for the online check-in.
