When the ticket is reserved, it says that the boarding date can be changed BUT IT DOES NOT WRITE THAT THE FEE IS PRACTICALLY DOUBLE TO THE PRICE OF THE PLANE TICKET
SO I HAD TO LEAVE THE PRAGUE AND I WAS VERY AMAZED WHEN THE CALL CENTER REQUESTED THE CHANGE FEE FOR THE BOARDING DATE 74EURO (plus other taxes equal to 100euro) given that the ticket was 100euro.

IT PRACTICALLY COSTS ME ANOTHER TICKET !!!

It does not offer what is written on the ticket, it invokes the state of pandemic.

What did you say like that ... let's "burn" them because we don't have any money anyway ...

This is how you will end up in BANKRUPTCY, AFTER YOU HAVE SENSELESSLY HIGH PRICES and lie to your customers.
