Although when I bought tickets to a Tarom flight through eSky I was notified that I was entitled to 2 hold baggage, I actually found out at the airport that I only had one hold baggage on that flight.
Then, although I paid extra money for eSky to check in online, they sent me my Boarding Pass in a corrupt pdf file, which couldn't be opened. And it was the peak, not only this happened to me, but also to the person I traveled with, and in addition, she was "checked" online only 6 hours before the flight!
