A friend of mine was promised in the interview to be given a permanent post but it turned even when their probationary period was notified through mail she was sent an email of her appointment under another department rather than the one spoken of during the interview, furthermore when she was hired she was made to sit without any work, for almost a month and when asked for such I'll treatment she was said that the company isn't inclined to start the aforesaid Dept and she is of no use to them and readily declined her intention to work there also harrassed mentally, further more she was never given an appropriate reply when so ever asked about improvements for her position but was always asked to moved from post to pillars.
