ESDS is family business,not employee centric
In lockdown they force employees to come to office otherwise they cut-off in salary.
Don't join esds very bad company.
They hired the employee with monthly salary 10k-12k salary.and forcing employees to work 12 hours a day.

I found them confused, I had gone for an interview which was scheduled at 3 Pm, I was kept waiting till 4 Pm after my reminder they called me for an interview finished it. Then scheduled my 2nd round on some other day asked me to present them which I did. Then scheduled my 3rd round on some other day, asked me to meet a senior person where he/she again asked to present....i was fedup taking leaves from my company, finally I only refused from going ahead......There objective of recruiting was not clear I feel.

Recently purchased hosting with ESDS and the live support has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process! As their slogan, "Exuberant Support"! Such a great company and I have received the utmost best customer service and help off the support representative Allen, no problem of mine was an issue for him and he resolved my problem straight away!
