What a joke. I never got a bill from the DR, just calls from them. When I asked for a bill they sent me a screen shot of their system. That is not a bill. Then they placed a negative mark on my credit, without EVER sending me a bill. I called them to get a bill, she told me my EOB was my bill, that INSURANCE document specifically states THIS IS NOT A BILL, and the amount YOU MAY OWE YOUR PROVIDER. I have worked in collections for many years and this company is as joke, they barely speak English and one woman I did talk to refused to Email or fax me our end agreement before payment. I would have been happy to pay the bill, if I EVER got one!

This place is a damn joke!
They call. I call. It's been going on for 6 months because they haven't sent me a bill for that long. A very condescending woman by the name of Serena decides to tell me they won't send me a bill unless I make payment arrangments...let us evaluate that statement. I was regularly sending you payments and because it wasn't a an official arrangment made by you...you're gonna stop sending me paper statements...get some people who know how to work in customer service and send regular statements like normal collection agencies.

I used to have what is called a "thin file" because I have never applied for credit with anything. Then one day I checked my credit report and it says I owe something called Escallate $512.00. Which made my credit go from thin to poor. Every time I call, I get no answer.
How does this business stay open?

Can't contact these ppl. There's a recording stating their business hours, I called several hours within the open window and got nothing.
Anyone can screw up your credit, yet next to impossible to resolve/inquire OR even find out what the collection is for.

My rate would be negative 10 stars. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE. In order to give a negative rating, I had to give one star, which is ridiculous. Not only is the staff is rude and they can barely speak English, you are dealing people that cannot comprehend anything. It appears all they know how to do is read off cue cards. I found that although I submitted insurance information to my husband's doctor 3 times, the claim NEVER submitted to either of our 2 insurance companies. I submitted the claim to both companies and copied all parties. I spent time gathering all the information, on the phone with all parties and sent a 19 page fax which included each time I submitted my insurance information to the doctor's office. Yesterday, I received a letter from Escallate advising that I cannot dispute the claim because they confirmed with the doctor's office that my husband is the party in question. Obviously, that was not the matter in dispute, hence the time spent apprising them of the situation was wasted. If you do not want to end up with the same experience, deal with your insurance company first. My next email is the better business bureau.
