Subcontracted with AMH - consistently paid late, multiple times blamed on subcontractors or told applications for payment weren t received in time, very unresponsive to any and all payment inquiries. Even when payment applications were submitted per contracted agreement, payment still wasn't received per agreed terms. Project managers are responsible for approving pay applications monthly, however even when approved, weeks later I would be notified there were issues and if the required changes were made within hours that it would not be processed or make it into owner bill, again delaying payment. Overall the company seems to have very poor processes and procedures in place; all departments must be spread thin considering lack of response and accuracy. Lastly, projects appear to be managed very poorly considering the consistent delays, consistent wait on promised change orders (work often performed and completed prior to receiving change order to bill for), and consistent lack or accuracy. Highly not recommended to involve amHigley in any construction project.
