With the Diners card, I am most satisfied, with the service over the mobile also, I always get all the important information, the service staff, but when I have to go to pay the bill in the branch office KOMA!
I know that I will be at least 10th in order and that I have to set aside at least an hour. Always only 1 or 2 counters work even though there are 4-5 women behind the counter.
I do not understand very well, is it not a priority to resolve parties to be satisfied and not to wait long? Aren't we the first on the priority list?
I believe she would not have her current account in your bank for the very reason that she has to wait an abnormally long time.
Otherwise all other praise for DINERS.
