Great to be back after the lockdown. Jasmin & Anna have looked after me for many years and do an excellent job. Jasmin is the colour goddess and always makes me look and feel a millions dollars whilst Anna is the angel with scissors, that makes my thick head of hair look and feel divine. Together they are a magical duo that keep me feeling fresh and upto date. I can not recommend them enough.
The worst service I ve ever received. They don t care about customer at all. I was unhappy with my hair but they didn t care. Only thing they want is MONEY.
I tried to contact manager couple of times but nobody call me back even though I left messages couple of times with different staff. It s clear that staff doesn t care. Poor management.

Overpriced salon. It was the worst experience I had. If you're man with Afro hair, do not bother going there. It's not worth the price. I had 2 years worth of hair growth, so a great potential for any type of haircut, the guy ruined it and cut way too short.

He is one of the nicest guys I know and he really cares for each and every one of his clients. He has transformed my hair in so many ways, I get compliments about it everywhere I go! I don t know what he has done but he has also worked miracles leading to my hair growing from shoulder length to down my back in such a short time!

I used to go to different salons quite often until I started coming here. Now I can t imagine going anywhere else. I frequently joke that I run into Errol's and skip home afterwards. This was even more true last week when I went back for my first hair appointment post lockdown. As expected, huge amounts of care and attention had been made putting every imaginable safety measure in place, and I felt completely calm in the salon; the staff were all relaxed too and confident in the steps taken to consider them and their wellbeing. It was such a joy to see Jasmine (gifted colourist) and Anna (brilliant stylist) again after far too long. For me, they are the dream team and they never fail to work their magic. I have been going to Errol's for over six years and everyone who works there is warm, welcoming and incredibly good at their job. It is a real treat to have my hair done at this five-star salon.
I went to Errol Douglas for a wash blow dry and tong. I was seen on time and all in all I was there for 2 hours. They were able to tong my hair dead straight, considering my hair is natural so I was well pleased with that.
I was unable to get a appointment with my regular hairdresser so i thought i would treat myself, so i booked an appointment at MBE Douglas. I arrived to be told that they had "no netting "for a FULL WEAVE. My appointment was confirmed two More
Had the unfortunate time of having a Stylist called ADEM style my hair a couple weeks ago. His attitude was awful. He used way too much hairspray. Once i left the salon i had to re-wash my hair once i got home. Which defeats the purpose of going to a salon in the first place. Another thing that put me off.... He was extremely rude to a female member of staff. Snatching the comb out of her hand and taking over to do my hair. I felt very sorry for the young lady. Bad way to behave especially infront of customers!
Apart from that, a lovely looking salon. But that experience has put me off returning.

Errol Douglas has been cutting my hair for more than 30 years now, long before he owned his own salon. Errol is an amazing hairdresser, his cutting technique is perfect precision. The salon is a lovely place to visit, the staff are professional, the interiors are stylish and comfortable. The location is great, you can do a spot of shopping in Harvey Nichols afterwards! Errol himself is a wonderful person, he is super talented and gracious with it. If you want a fabulous hair cut or colour, you must visit this salon. In my opinion it is the best salon in London!

Donald Black is without a doubt the blonde God! I've been to many top salons in my life across the world and he beats out any name in Beverly hills! These guys get my hair looking better than anywhere else in town. Donald does my colour and is a total pro and Joel cuts and dries my hair beautifully. Jasmine is an excellent colourist and has been doing my hair for years. She has taken my hair from black to blonde and everything in between, without damaging my curls. I was so happy to go back after lockdown. The salon has taken safety measures, including screens, masks, visors etc. I felt very safe and comfortable and am already looking forward to my next appointment.

I had my first post-lockdown hair appoiment last Thursday at Errol Douglas and it was thoroughly enjoyable and safe. They have transformed the salon to accommodate social distancing measures. They take your temperature when you arrive, all the staff wear both a face mask and a face shield and you are encolsed in your seat by large plastic dividers so I felt very safe. The service was amazing as usual and I am very happy with my hair.
There is nowhere better than Errol Douglas. Jasmin is a miracle worker when it comes to colour and Jan does the best manicures I have ever had. I have been going there for 6 years and trusted them for my pre wedding look. Simply the best.
Errol has been my hair stylist for a long time. So when it came to attending my hair appointment on 11th July I was curious as to what the experience was going to be like. I will admit, I was a bit apprehensive. However, it was amazing. Despite the weirdness of wearing face masks, buts that's everyday life for now, it was a very relaxing pleasant experience. The chairs are spaced out, stylists aren t near each other. Within the salon sections have been created with clear screens. It feels exclusive. I could see the appointment times were generously spaced out. No rushing around.
For those of you reading this wondering what it must be like to have your hair cut by Errol, its like any other hair cut experience but with extra magic because it s being done by someone who is at the top of their game. I'm a normal person, who likes their hair to be perfect. Simple as that. There is a difference between a good hair cut and and Errol hair cut, Errol cuts are worth every penny. So if you are thinking about booking an appointment, do it. You won t regret it. In 15 years of Errol haircuts I ve not been disappointed once and he never gets scissor happy. If you are going in with long hair and want to keep it, you will!

The best hair saloon in the area, Adam and Mustafa are really good hairdressers, the reception is very polite and always smiling. Cavin (not sure if I spell it right) gives you the best hair wash ever with his light hands. Very pleased.

I have been going to the salon for years and years and been expertly looked after by Jasmin for my colour and Anna for my cut. I can t recommend them both highly enough. Jasmin is an amazing colourist. She is so good at knowing what suits and brings out the best in skin tones and creates a very natural look. She can tweak the colour as the seasons change. Someone I ve known for years wasn t even aware I had my hair highlighted, she thought it was natural! Anna has a wealth of experience and knowledge and knows the best styles to suit each individual, both in hair type and face shape. She knows how to make you feel a million dollars! Both are just lovely people as well, so kind, calm and positive making any visit a joy. The salon has always been the most welcoming salon I have ever been to, so friendly and easy going. They have done an amazing job to re-open with the Covid restrictions and that warm welcome has not diminished in any way. Even behind their masks and shields it s still clear they are smiling! Screens have been put into place and there is ample space between you and the next client so not once do you feel vulnerable, just in complete safe hands. It certainly will be nice once things are able to get back to normal but in the meantime it is still a pleasurable and relaxing experience. Well done to all the team and thank you!

Friendly reception staff. Arrived for my appointment 45 mins early but was seen within minutes. Senior stylist Wayne was great - he asked all the right questions about my (Afro) hair before cutting it. A very good job overall.
