I was diagnosed with covid and pneumonia on 1/1/2021. Told to follow up with my primary care doctor. Called to get an appointment and to get some medicine called in. I was told the next available appointment was March. I said well check another provider, I was told the next appointment was late February smh. I have a deadly virus and can't speak to someone sooner. The following evening I was having a hard time breathing and keeping anything down. I called the after hours line. I didnt get a call until close to the afternoon and it wasn't a doctor returning my call it was a CSR that said she don't know what to tell me other than go back to urgent care smh. Called the corporate offices to see if they can get me in quicker, the lady who answered told me there wasn't anything she can do. The absolute worst clinic to belong to. They will leave you to die, LITERALLY
