Had my appointment with Charlotte today, and absolutely love my hair. She is so friendly and very genuine would recommend to everyone 5*

This is the second time I've been here after I changed from my usual hairdressers. The service is excellent and really efficient, your not left waiting around for longer than is neccessary like in some hairdressers. I had a full head colour, cut and style done in under an hour and a half. Even when I went in at christmas, it was busy but the service was still very good. It is quite pricey but for womens hair I think you get what you pay for here which is excellent quality. There is a small space outside to park your car but it will only fit a few cars, and there is a toilet onsite for customers.

The wife went approx 3 weeks ago to make her hair lighter. Came out with darker hair then what she went in with plus a ruined shirt that had dye on it. Stylist told the wife to come back the following week but the wife wasn't happy or More

A lovely and friendly salon. Staff are all very polite and willing to help. Always very pleased with hair and beauty appointments. Great refreshments and an overall nice clean professional salon.

I have been coming here for over 10yrs. Stacey is a brilliant colourist & instinctively knows what youll be happy with. The team here make the effort to get to know you & adapt to your personal taste & style. I came here through a friends recommendation after SAKS in Durham trashed my hair. It took me months to build up the courage after such a so called prof salon as that could be so careless & ruin my natural waist length hair but Red's put a plan of action in place & i soon felt myself & got my confidence back!
Reds isnt the cheapest place... nobody ever says quality is cheap!

Never had a bad cut yet and I have been going here for years and seen a lot of the different hairdressers. There's always good crack as well

Great staff, treated with care and respect. Super coffee selection. Greg is the creme de la creme and offers great advice on hair style to suit type of hair and face shape.

went for a spray tan on the 29/05/14 the room where you change had a dirty mop and bucket in it and had someone else's hair net on the chair. The spray tan was shocking and my legs did not change colour at all. I complained via e-mail the next day to which I am still awaiting a reply from. For a salon that likes to be up and coming not responding to an e-mail is abysmal! will never go there again and recommend no one else should unless you want your money to go down the drain!

My wife was a regular customer until she became ill and housebound. But this was no problem to Susan Hall owner of Reds who personally came out to our house to attend to my wife's hair care, despite the pressure of running the business. A woman with a heart of gold thank you.

Friendly staff with great service. It maybe a little pricey but you always get a great cut.

I enjoy being looked after at this hairdressers. The opening hours are very suitable for my needs, because of my child that has special needs. My hairdresser Charlotte cuts mine and Jacks hair, she has a unique set of skills and those skills have provided her with an excellent rapport with my son. Charlotte is a credit to the reds team.

Too too expensive never go there ever again got charged hundred and fifteen pounds for cut and bow dry my hair looked no different I asked for a soft wave with tongs to see what it looked like put it this way I looked like Micheal Jackson in his younger days never again put it this way

Took our 3 year old girl for a trim and they were great with her we are definitely going back again thanks

Really good customer service. My daughter got her hair styled for her prom, when she got home I thought it needed adjusting a bit so we went back to the shop. The stylist had no issues adjusting the style slightly to exactly how we wanted it. Excellent service.
