Always a good experience. Good selection of brews and cocktails. Food always good. A bit slow if busy, but if you're in a hurry you go to s fast food joint. Reasonable prices for kind of place. If your cheap, See above.

Amazing fish and chips and Reuben Sandwich! The kids ordered Mac n Cheese and Chicken Tenders off the kids menu and ate every bite! Might I also recommend a cup of chili! It was all so delicious! The waiters was also very sweet!

Wouldnt reverse their double charge to my card. Had to file a dispute with my bank. Food was ok but not worth a double charge totaling almost $200, and a lousy manager who provided no customer service, no appology, nothing.

Pricey for small portions. I ordered this irish strew, supposed to have beef tenderloin tips, which were hard to find in this small portion of basically a bowl of vegetable soup, for $15.99!? If you want Irish food here, the Shepard's pie has a much larger portion but still overpriced at $15.99. We actually stopped here looking for breakfast, but their breakfast menu options were blah, I could have gone to the local greasy spoon cafe for better breakfast choices. It is a lovely well decorated restaurant, with Irish flare, but poor Irish pub food choices, portions, and prices.

Not a busy night for a weekend evening. We started at the bar and moved outside since it was nice out. We were not waited on at all and had to get up from our table if we wanted a drink refill. We eventually ended up going inside and getting a table, which we sat at for longer than necessary before having our order taken. The waitstaff didn't take the initiative to make sure customers were taken care of. There were plenty of staff members, and as stated before, NOT a busy night at all. Food was good, I had a salad which was fresh. The patio was inviting and the heaters for the bar were welcome when the sun went down.

Horrible customer service, mediocre food. Over-priced as well.
I decided to order and pick-up curbside. When I called to order , the server was extremely rude and short with me. I wanted to hang up immediately and would have, if not for family at home expecting to try this place.
Fish and Chips were Culvers style, nothing special. The fish was also stuck to the paper that was placed in to-go container. So I couldn't even eat one whole side of each fish. Cole Slaw was warm and not good. We ordered the Brave Heart Cardiac Arrest cheese fries, they came all deconstructed and the toppings were all on side. I did not order them this way. Bummer!
Ordered the pretzels and cheese. Asked for extra cheese, did not receive it. Pretzels were hard and would not order again. I would hardly call them "pretzels".
Also, ordered the basket of fries with cheese on the side. Did not receive cheese and the fries were the skinny ones. Did not order the skinny ones. Entire meal was disappointing and will not be going back. Most disappointing was the rude server who took my order. (Tammy R)?

Do not recommend!

Irish Pub right in the hustle of Madtown. Walk threw that door and takes you right to Ireland. The decor sets you right into a authentic pub. Great food, great staff. Cozy and warm feeling while you eat. Moderate priced but you pay for quality. Everything cooked perfect. Has a great outside beer garden. This is the restaurant at the end of the rainbow.

We went on a Tuesday night to make sure they weren't packed and the service was still very slow. Took over 10 minutes to get our drinks. The hostess never smiled and neither did our waiter. The portions were very small and we had to order fries to just not feel hungry. They served me the most tasteless Cocanan and Shepard's Pie I have ever had and they are the only restaurant i have ever been to to make it with ground beef. The food was extremely bland. I give this place a 2 star because it was not horrible.

I truly truly was so looking forward to this place. A beautiful building!!
And upscale menu. I don't want this place to lose business. We need to keep restaurants this pretty open.
But with that said. The food was just ok for the money . And that includes desert. A dried out slice of chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting that tasted sour.
Dinner was cold. And quality of fish is so poor . I rather eat at Culvers for their fish.
Staff was nice.
But please make better food for this place!
I cooked a delicious steak at home tonight just cuz I was so disappointed last night .
The manager compensated us. But I would have preferred a mouthwatering dinner!

We were there for Mother's Day, and they were definitely swamped but the waitresses were thinking on their feet and were sharing tables to make sure that people were being efficiently waited on. Very large and tasty portions of food - the cardiac arrest one (with the red warning in the menu) was a bit overly salty but still very tasty. Food in general tasted a bit too salty as it came. Decor was typical - dark wood and dim lighting, nothing spectacular but "classic."

a little slow service on a quiet Saturday night. got there around 1015 with a buddy, we were staying in town for a golf trip just down the street at the Cambria hotel. Took a little while to get service and there was only maybe 10 people in there. The manager finally came over and got us a couple of beers. We had just heard some others at the end of the bar ordering appetizers, so we asked about 10 minutes later and they said the kitchen tries to close at 930. Really, on a Saturday night, you would expect people coming in for a drink later might want appetizers or something, so we were a little disappointed at that point - we had been on the road or golfing all day so we were looking for a little something since we didn't really eat dinner. Anyways, strong drinks, a good tap selection made up for it, not a huge deal just surprised they didn't keep serving some sort of late-night menu until 11 or so, especially with all the hotels around there - 4-5 within just a few blocks.

Absolutely will not return here again, food was horrendous and tasteless, undercooked fries. We had two meals and both orders of fries were undercooked, and soggy. It shocks me how a place putting out this type of food quality can even stay in business. If you like your food with flavor, try somewhere else.

I asked for a whiskey on ice. I was charged $1.75 for 6 ice cubes in my drink...which was watered. I ordered bangers and mash. Didn't want the mashed potatoes asked for vegetables instead. Didn't get them. Was told it couldn't be done. They were good bangers but not worth $5.00 a piece. The waitress' attitude was that's the way it is not my problem. My opinion pass it by. Not worth the food or the drink.

We were there on St. Patrick's day and it was pretty busy. Food was decent. Drinks are a bit overpriced for what you get. Pretty dark inside, but it fits the atmosphere. The outdoor area is nice when it's not so cold. They have a nice big bonfire by the outdoor bar.

By far the best pub I've ever been to. Interior is just Devine. The outdoor area has it's own bar and several tables, along with a fireplace.

Selection of beer and spirits is something that even the finest in Milwaukee would be jealous of.

The food is just....it makes your mouth water. The pretzels are the best appetizer you'll ever get anywhere. Absolutely perfect.

Very slow service, waited over an hour to receive my Luke warm stew. Asked to be moved away from the doors leading to the patio, but we re denied due to being busy. Yet the corner table behind us was open the entire time we ate.

I used to love this place, the atmosphere, food and drinks. But, our last few visits have been disappointing. The food is not as good and portions have gotten smaller. Friday fish fry is no longer all you can eat and the price went up. The drinks were not as tasty. During our last visit we discussed finding a new spot!

Everything was great here. Awesome place for a quick lunch break. We were able to eat amazing pulled pork sandwiches and the Irish cream cheesecake ( it is to die for!) With time to run to the gas station before our lunch break ended.

I got the Shepard s pie and the beef and other beef was higher quality. The potatoes were buttery/creamy. The dish had a simple seasoning done well. I wish the on tap Guinness experience was more complete with the recommended glass and not a plastic cup. Definitely the place to be on St Patrick s Day.
