My friend and I had lunch there yesterday. Her Reuben and my hamburger were both very good. I especially liked my side of crinklecut sweet potato fries.

The waitress and the kitchen were very helpful adjusting the food to gluten free. They ALSO were quite willing to streamline their processes so I could make it to my doctor's appointment on time.

A very attractive place with lots of nooks and crannies suitable for private parties. They've also got a double decker bus that they use to shuttle fans to the stadium and back.

Yesterday afternoon we were in your very nice place, everything was clean and the food was tasty as well. We will be in again. The only thing I question is there were no coasters for the drinks, or is this a part of the decor?

Thanks again for a wonderful meal.

I love this place. We go here quite a bit for drinks after work. The food is really good also. Atmosphere is typical of an Irish pub but a bit more upscale. They have great outdoor seating and a covered outdoor bar. If only they had a pool table!

Nice atmosphere. Definitely a pub. They refused to seat our group so we sat and ate at the bar despite open tables around us. Bar tenders gave great service, but we would've been more comfortable at a table. Drinks were great!

We've been repeat customers for Erin's, bringing family and friends there. I'm not sure about the future. We arrived for lunch on a Friday (party of 2), and the parking lot was busy, but it's a large restaurant. Our server was the one who sat us. On the way to the table, in the noisy bar area, she asks us what we'd like to drink. We aren't even at the table and don't have our coats off yet--that should have been my warning. My husband knew what he wanted, so gave her his order, but I hadn't really thought about that yet, and asked for a couple minutes. "I'll be right back." she says. We never got her name. At this point she works around the room, and I'm not really paying attention to her at this point, as I'm looking at the menu. After a few minutes I put the menu down and start to notice that she's constantly in and out, but isn't stopping back at our table. Eventually she gets back to us, and I order my drink, my husband asks a question about the food, and then we're about to order our meals but she takes off as she says "I'll get that drink in and be right back." After that point she seems to be intent on doing just about anything but return to our table to take our food order. She's seating people, returns to take the order of someone that was seated after us, checks in with other tables, brings the tab to one table. However, we're right by one of the entrances to the room, so she is literally walking right by us constantly. The restaurant is busy, but there are several opportunities where she could have stopped and taken our order. She eventually brings out my drink, but has several other people's beverages in her hands so says...again..."I'll be right back." At this point I am paying attention. She takes payment from two parties, bringing back their receipts, refills water for other tables, seats another party (there is a host on duty), brings out food for others (although the host was doing this too). I begin to wonder if I made her angry by not knowing what I wanted to drink immediately. It's now been 20 minutes since we were seated. Eventually I say to my husband that I'm done waiting and get up to leave. At this point she is coming back into the room with the host. I say "Sorry, we're leaving." and I head out to the lobby. My husband, being a better person than I, offers to pay for the beverages, since he consumed 1/2 his. The server took his money, and he reported she just sort of muttered an apology. She shouldn't have accepted his money. No effort was made on the part of the host or any manager to "make things right" or offer to have us assigned a different server.

This place was really underwhelming. While the pub vibe was very apparent at the bar. My wife and I were seat in the restaurant section. Immeaditly you are supposed to associate this place with being Irish. Leperchauns and Celtic knots all over. However when you get the menu you'll see things like motsarella sticks and a full section for quesadillas. Beyond this I tried to order something that you would actually see in an Irish pub and got a "Shepard's" pie. Shepard's implying lamb however if there was lamb in it the ratio to beef was so low I couldn't taste it. All this would be forgiven if the food was good for the price. However in my opinion that is not the case.

Great food. Great place to dine. For everyone complaining about slow service, or it not being kid friendly, go to a chain restaurant. Nowhere in the description of the place says, "family restaurant." It's an Irish Pub and is certainly built for the atmosphere.

What an expensive cheap place . If you want beer, you're ok. But my steak was tough And over cooked. I didn't want the potato and was told I didn't have a choice and I couldn't substitute , period. After I said that every other restaurant would allow a substitution, I was told I could have double vegetables but that was it. For $ 25 that's poor. My wife ordered a whisky on the rocks and they charged her $1.75 for the ICE in the drink!!!!! Ice, mind you. They wouldn't give my wife vegetables with her bangers instead if the potato so she paid $15 for 3 medium size sausages. Wow. If you want to be overcharged , go
Otherwise TGIFriday is a better choice

I went to Wisconsin for a weekend and found this jewel. Awesome food, good cold beer, and this was officially the 1st place I ever ate Fried Cheese Curds. I want to go back, but my brother doesn't coach for the Mallards anymore, so I don't know that I'll go back to Wisconsin for any other reason. Good place though, if I went back to Madison I'd stop by Erins
