I can only say it didn t get five stars because I have a hard time with suburban-esque pubs in business parks. Why? I dunno. Good service and food. Beat expectations in most every way. Don t hesitate to visit!

My mom and I, neither very hungry, shared a bowl of the Guinness soup. It was the perfect amount, because it was so rich and hearty. My family also ordered the Bailey's cheesecake and Guinness chocolate cake (I believe that's what it's called) and they were phenomenal! Huge slices and delicious! The cake is definitely fit to split. The building is gorgeous, with leather couches and fireplaces, and a true fine pub feel. I give it 4 stars because there weren't many "light" options, but it is an Irish pub! Definitely recommend.

Food was great but got over charged for a watered down bear and the live bad refused to take my request even though they said that were taking requests. I asked if they could play something irish like whiskey in the jar or the wild Rover as it was an Irish bar and the day before saint Patrick's day. I was told that they didn't know any besides the one they played at the beginning of their set despite being dressed like leprechauns. An Irish bar that doesn't play Irish music at all let alone near saint Patrick's day is false advertising. Nothing Irish about this place but the name and decor

We just moved to the area, literally today! We stopped in as my girlfriend is Irish and it was near where we moved. Best service/food and overall experience at a restaurant in the Madison area, ever!! Out waiter Joe was on point and never let our glass get below half. An outstanding experience and the best potato s skins ever. Strongly recommend going here, and we will be back. Thank you for the true 5 star experience!

We were traveling through on I 90 and needed to stop for dinner. In these days of Covid, we still avoid eating at restaurants so we ordered take-out over the phone. The hostess who took our order was very friendly and helpful with our various substitutions. I had their Philly Cheese Steak and my wife had a Reuben. Both were delicious!! The Cheese Steak was on an Italian Hoagie roll that was super fresh, light and the perfect compliment to the shaved steak, peppers, onions and cheese. My wife's Reuben was close to perfect, we like it a little juicier and should have asked for a little extra Thousand Island dressing, but it was still a very good sandwich. We will be sure to stop again when traveling through next time.

The employees did a great job with their social distancing and mask/glove wearing. They have and outside bar and eating area and plenty of room inside the building if you are inclined to eat there.

The waitress was wonderful! We got the Riesling wine from Germany, which was really good. Such a great atmosphere. 100% would go again. Not my favorite cheese curds in the Madison area, but they were good.

Place is overpriced and food is mediocre. Were coming here for the all you can eat fish fry, but they got rid of it and now it's like 15 bucks for 3 small pieces of ok fish. Lost a couple regular customers tonight

Extremely popular Irish-themed pub on the far north side with plenty of seating. Plenty of dark wood and stone give the venue a castle-like feel. The Reuben Sandwich I ordered for lunch was less than memorable. The sandwich needed more time on the griddle, more sear on the chipped pastrami and had far too much thousand island dressing. The sweet potato fries were on the salty side.

We ordered takeout for restaurant week and everything was amazing. Friendly, helpful service over the phone and the smoothest curbside pickup ever. My husband got the smothered ribeye and he couldn t stop raving about it. I got the seafood skewers and risotto which were just what I was looking for. We re saving dessert for once our kids are in bed but both the brandy bread pudding and the Irish creme cheesecake look like they ll be to die for!!

The atmosphere is nice here. The food is good, they have a large selection of drinks and the staff was friendly. The Salmon I had was lacking some flavor and was okay. I don't remember the full name, but the Bourbon Barrel drink that I had was good. I'm not a big fan of the appetizers priced the same as some meals. I think they should cut the sizes and price in half.

Food was really great but the staff was not. We waited about 15 minutes at the bar before someone came over to wait on us and then when we were seated we waited forever to get a waitress who never even brought silverware. It s unfortunate because the food was delicious

This place definitely has the atmosphere nailed - it's a mood setter in here, no doubt about it. We chose this restaurant because there was no wait on a Friday night compared to other options. As it wasn't too busy, the food came out pretty quickly, and I would agree that the server was accommodating and courteous, however the food itself was unfortunately pretty bland across all dishes ordered.

The best thing we ordered was the brisket sandwich, which was probably better than average, but I think the rest of the food brought this place to a very standard rating overall. Perhaps I'll come back for drinks and skip the food!

We got into town late for a wedding and wanted to grab supper around 8 pm. Erin's was close to our hotel and had solid reviews. Our meals left much to be desired. My wife and I both ordered steaks which may have been our first mistake at an Irish pub.

The entire meal was cold which consisted of baked potatoes, veggies, and steaks. It tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer all day, bland all around. Our plates were also completely mixed up which was the least of our issues. Being later, it was not very busy so the speed of service and the server were good.

The food was simply not good especially for the price. Poor execution in the kitchen. If you want a steak, go to Texas Roadhouse down the road.

The food was delicious. The service was not great. Our appetizer arrived minutes before our main dish, but after our salads, and was barely warm. We also never head our drinks refilled, which was disappointing. The shepherds pie was delicious, though, and the atmosphere is great.

My wife and I had a GREAT dining experience at Erin's Snug recently. Not only was ALL the food we ate was awesome, but the drinks were top notch and Becca our waitress was polite, great personality and on top of things. She did a great job ! Had the Cod dinner and was one of the best I have had in years from anywhere. Best tarter sauce around. Onion soup was absolutely fabulous. My wife had a steak and it was cooked to her exact standards. Yes, my wife is picky ! I must say, I have no complaints. We will be back.

I have to say this was one of my favorite places to visit up until my experience 2 weeks ago. I attempted to contact management before this review went public but clearly the customer experience is no longer a concern for them. My family and I stopped in for lunch and was seated right away. We waited for 10 minutes until I went to the bar to try and order drinks. At that time our waitress, who I will not name in case she was having a bad day, said I will be right with you. 5 minutes later she approached our table and said, "I have other tables to help too, what would you like." We ordered and after our food was delivered she stated, "see how far some patience can go, the food comes out quick." As a business director, if one of my employees treated a customer like that, I would not have a team. Again, I get it if people have bad days but a simple apology for a delay would have gone a long way. For the sake of the business, I hope the customer service picks up in all categories as there are now better places to get a Guinness that me and my family will be visiting in the future.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was better than any other Irish themed place I've been. The food was good but a little overpriced. The French onion soup was amazing. The Guinness stew was good, very flavorful. The corned beef and cabbage was good but too salty for my taste. I like that the Irish dishes were prepared more authentically than other places. The corned beef was prepared with carrots, celery, parsnips (I think), and very few potatoes. The shepherd's pie actually has lamb in it. I will go back because there is a lot more to their menu. Worth a second shot.

Food was decent, and waitress was great.
However, i ordered the beef stew and they put chili powder in it... Like it tasted like a bowl of chili from wendys. Very disappointing when you bite in to a potatoe or carrot and it tastes like chili. Every hit of it. Sad really...
