Best place for VW / Audi. But changed to 1 star after being served a direct lie on service recipient mobility guarantee, hopeless customer care, and waiting for almost two weeks just for troubleshooting. Should enough expanded capacity significantly since they, quote customer receiver: "getting into 3/4 electric vehicle charging issues every single day"

Fantastic good service. They make it a little extra to make the customers happy. They are not one of the cheapest workshops, but you get what you pay for. They are honest and will not trick you in any way.

EU post-control only. It went well. The price was higher than agreed, but it was arranged

Untrustworthy customer care with arrogant and low service attitude. Allows the customer to wait while they have an internal meeting. Choose to go to another car dealer who does not put an internal meeting in front of a new customer's needs.

Have bought some cars through the arnesen both audi and mercedes. The reason is that here they are working the little extra for you to be satisfied as a customer.

Have mixed feelings about this place. But it should be said that EAB is a fantastic bunch of people, who like car anyway!
They could work a little with their efforts in troubleshooting errors and deficiencies, as well as with major complaints.
But my case resolved at EAB after a little back and forth, I had a FRIEND case. That probably helped make this a little more difficult than usual.

Have been very happy with car and service until I had new. The great offer I turned up turned out not to be so good anyway. Half-truths and vague answers from management afterwards.

I was very interested in a car with them and I called a seller and we agreed that he would give me a dividend price soon and this would call me back for a short time. It took several hours and I tried to sell again several times via text and phone, but he did not answer me. At the end of the day he calls me and says the car is sold! He said nothing to me that there were more who were interested in just that car when I spoke to him by phone and he promised to call me back so I could buy the car during the day, but this was right and just mess out. Useful and not recommended further.

Very nice and professional Audi mechanic. After my car was looked over by them, it seems healthier and more efficient than before. The price is a little bit stiff, but it's well worth it for the service you will get here!
