Have mixed feelings about this place. But it should be said that EAB is a fantastic bunch of people, who like car anyway!
They could work a little with their efforts in troubleshooting errors and deficiencies, as well as with major complaints.
But my case resolved at EAB after a little back and forth, I had a FRIEND case. That probably helped make this a little more difficult than usual.
