The company took good care of me. Customer service was excellent. I have 3 debts collections. I have been transferred to 3 different agents for each debt but they already have my information and explained everything to me in detail what to expect. Highly recommend. They are going to ask you to confirm its you. I did it and had no problem. Will update in a month about the company and my payments. This is my first time dealing with this company so far so good!

Representative Jillian Dirker was polite and professional, helped me settle a bill I didn't even know I had. She had no problem with me verifying the company and the account.

ERC called me every morning at 9am for weeks. When I finally called them back to make payment arrangements, he insisted on taking it out of my bank account automatically. I explained that I would rather mail a check. (I don't trust collection companies because of all the bad reviews I've read). He STILL insisted that I pay automatically through the bank. This was going nowhere, around and around. He sounded desperate. I finally hung up the phone. This company is creepy.

This company called me demanded that I give them personal information, wouldn t tell me what it was regarding, then when I refused and said to mail me what ever you want, they became argumentative. I said, This call is ending because you are harassing me ! They argued, We aren t harassing you we need your personal information to discuss an issue with you . Yeah! I don t think so! Sounds like a total scam to me!!! I blocked them.

This company continuously calls me, harassing me looking for someone named " Darius". I advised if they call me again I will call the BBB.

Just started calling me and harassing me about an account from 3 years ago,, that I don't even owe anything on. Then wants to tell me I'm wrong and have an attitude with me.

Big scam caller and these use different Google Voice numbers every day. Do not pick up. Just report them daily. This is not a real business. Its a bunch of grifters.

I just called them a few minutes ago to figure out options to pay my debt. The representative s name was Reign and she was very unprofessional. I understand that she is trying to settle a debt but she basically berated me over the phone. I told her that I did not have the funds today to pay the full settlement amount but I did ask did she have direct contact information so I can call and speak with her so she can received credit for the closure of the debt. She was speaking very fast and aggressively. I could hardly get any words out. At the point, I was over it and I hung up on her. I will call back to speak to a different agent but Reign definitely needs some coaching or needs to work in a different industry.

Refuse to say why they are calling and what they do. Just demanded I give them all of my info first. Yea don't work like that

Spam call trying to confirm my current address while providing me with old address and mispronouncing my name. Operator could not have been more vague about the intent of the phone call. Asked to be placed on "DO NOT CALL LIST" over a recorded line. Can't wait to see if they call back so I can sue for harassment.

Its clear they force their employees to provide reviews of four and five stars. They all need reported. What a conflict of interest to the public. I would love to meet the owner of this steaming pile of dung...
